Midnight memories 3

Ashley: 

I was heading home from my old house. I wanted to visit my family and my puppy Zoey. She's grown so much. It had almost a month since I last when to my old place to visit my family so it was about time. I parked the car outside and made my way into the apartment I share with Niall. I walked through the door, expecting to be bundled with hugs from Niall like he normally does but it was quiet. I walked through the house and there was no sign of him. 

"Niall?" I called out in a worried tone. "Babe?" I called. "Niall, where are you?" I called again but still no reply. 

"Ashley?" I heard a faint voice coming from upstairs. 

"Niall?" I called, running up the stairs and into the room I share with Niall.

"Princess, I really don't feel so well" he weakly said once I stepped into the room. 

"Aww baby, what's the matter?" I replied as I sat down next to him by the bed. 

I was face to face with Niall and I could tell he wasn't himself. He's usually chirpy, smiling, joking around, showering me with kisses, but today it was different. 

"I don't know, I just feel really sick. I haven't gotten up all day" he said on a hoarse voice.  

"Nothing new there then" I joked, trying to lighten the mood. 

He faintly smiled back. My poor baby. 

"I know what will make you feel better" I told him with a smile, reaching over and brushing his hair out of his face only to feel how warm his face was.  

"Cuddles?" he asked with a cute smile. 

"I was gonna say medicine and Nandos but...." I trailed off and he grabbed my hand in his. 

"How about Nandos, medicine and cuddles?" he asked, his adorable smile growing wider.  

I lightly giggled and kissed him on the forehead. "I'll go get the Nandos and medicine a--"

"And then we cuddle" he interrupted me while caressing my cheek with his hand. 

"Of course, my love" I said while leaning over and pressing a kiss to his cheek. 

"Thank you, love" he said. 

I nodded before getting up and heading towards the door.

We were watching The Hunger Games while eating Nandos and cuddling. I was playing with Niall's hair, who was resting his head on my lap. 

"How you feeling?" I asked him.  

"My nose is sore from all the wiping but other than that, it's all good" he said while looking up at me.  

I smiled and kissed his nose. "All better?" I asked. 

"Yeah, but now it's hurting right here" he said while pointing to his cheek. I leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "And here" he pointed to his forehead, making me kiss his forehead. "And here too" he pointed to his other cheek, making me chuckle as I filled his face with kisses. "Here?" he asked while pointing to his lips and puckering up. 

I grabbed his face before leaning over and pressing a small kiss to his lips, pulling back to see that cute smile on his face. "Better?" I asked him. 

"I love it when you take care of me" he said while taking my hand and giving it a small squeeze. 

"I love taking care of you, Nialler" I said while poking his nose. 

He smiled and reached over for another kiss before we turned our attention back towards the movie.
