Lesley:
My phone started ringing and I rushed towards the living room, grabbing my phone and answering the call, expecting it to be Zayn.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey Les, it's me Jessica" Jessica said from the other line and I immediately remembered her.
Jessica is one of my high school friends. We used to play on the same softball team.
"Hey Jess, what's up?" I asked her before heading towards the kitchen for a glass of water.
"I have softball practice today and I was thinking maybe you should come over and check us out" she suggested.
"Sure, I'd love to" I told her with a smile.
It's not like I have anything else to do other than be here all day so it's a good idea.
"Okay, see you here. The girls are gonna be so excited. You know the place. Where we used to play before" she reminded me.
"Yeah, I remember" I told her.
"Okay, bye" she said before hanging up.

I invited the girls to come watch the game with me but only Ashley, Nixie, and Chloe showed up because Danielle had to stay behind taking care of some kids.
We arrived at the field and we took our seats on the bleachers.
"They sale hot dogs here, right?" Chloe asked while searching around for the food.
"Yeah, right over there" I said while pointing towards the booth where they sell all the food.
"I'll be right back" she said while getting up.
I spotted Jessica and she immediately saw me, smiling as she waved me over.
"I'll be right back" I told the girls.
They nodded and I stepped down the bleachers. I went towards the field and walked up towards the girls on the team and Jessica.
"Lesley, hey. You're back to play again?" one of the girls asked once she spotted me.
"No, I'm just here to watch" I said while smiling.
"So, how's life been after high school?" Jessica asked me, adjusting her ponytail.
"It's been good" I told her.
"I heard you've been the famous boy band member Zayn Malik. How's that going?" she asked me.
I was about to answer her but I stopped when I saw a ball coming straight towards me. It was about to hit me in the face but I quickly pulled my hand up and caught the ball before it knocked me out.
"Wow, that was really cool. Could you throw it back?" a girl called out from the field.
I nodded before swinging the ball back towards her. She immediately caught it and everyone was now staring at me in shock.
"What?" I asked while chuckling.
"You should practice some rounds with us" Jessica said with a grin.
I looked over towards Nixie and Ashley, who were watching the whole thing before they gave me thumbs up.
"Okay, but just practice" I told her.
"Awesome" Jessica said, clapping her hands together before handing me a bat.
I took it and we stepped out onto the field.

Wow, I never realized how much I've missed playing this sport. It's been a long time since I last played and I almost forgot how much I loved it.
I handed Jessica the gloves and bat back before drinking some water from the water bottle she handed me.
"Come meet some of the new girls on my team" she told me, nodding for me to follow her.
I followed her towards the other girls.
"Hey girls, this is Lesley. Not only is she Zayn Malik's beautiful girlfriend but she was also the best player on this team back in high school" she introduced me to the girls, who were now looking at me in awe. "Lesley, these are Kyla, Nina, Amber and Josie. Our best player is Nina but they're all great" she introduced them with a chuckle.
They all smiled while waving at me and I did the same. They all looked really nice and they also looked young, no older than fifteen. Nina was actually the one that looked the oldest. She was very muscular and she's way taller than me. She's definitely in shape too.
"It's nice meeting you girls" I told them with a smile.
"How does it feel to be the girlfriend of a famous pop star?" I heard Josie call out curiously.
"It's actually not as bad as they make it seem in movies" I joked.
They all laughed before returning to their conversation.
"Anyways, you already know the rest of the girls" Jessica said while motioning towards the other girls on the team.
"So, I have to go but it was really fun playing with you again" I told her.
"It was fun having you back again, at least for a little while. Whenever you want to come practice with us, you know where we are" she said.
"Thanks" I smiled before walking back towards the girls on the bleachers.
"That was awesome. You were swinging that bat and hitting that ball like the Yankees do. It was really cool. You're awesome" Nixie said, making me chuckle.
"You girls ready to go?" I asked them.
They all nodded and we got up.
"I was talking to Danielle and she said we're having a sleepover at her place tomorrow" Chloe told us, her voice muffled because she just took a huge bite from her hot dog.
"Sounds good" I said.
Some girls walked up to us while we were heading towards the parking lot.
"You're One Direction's girlfriends, right?" one of the girls asked with a big smile.
We nodded and they giggled.
"Can we take a picture with you?" the blonde one asked excitedly.
"And your autograph?" they asked.
"Sure" Chloe said while smiling.
We took a selfie with the girls before signing the little notebook they had.
"Thanks" they said before running off.
"Okay, that was weird" Ashley said with a chuckle. "But cute" she added.
