Lloyd A Different Beginning [ON HOLD]

12. Back on the Bounty

KAI's Pov

After leaving the bounty with Zane, he and I started looking around for the ways Lloyd would have taken.
"Kai these are Lloyd's footprints" said Zane looking down at a pair of small footprints.
"Alright then let's go find the kid" I said jogging next to Zane as we followed the prints.
Soon we arrived at a park in the near centre of Ninjago city.
"Wow for a kid he sure does walk fast" I said looking to Zane.
" I will scan the around for Lloyd" replied Zane. I was about to agree when I saw Lloyd walking through the park.
"No need to Zane, found him"
We walked towards Lloyd, he looked like he was thinking about something pretty important.
All of a sudden Lloyd spun around with a surprised and shocked expression over his face. But the person he turned to was hidden by a tree in my view, however the person was obviously had done something... Different because in Lloyd's eyes I saw disappointment and fear.

LLOYD's Pov

"It's good to see you again"
"Morro..." I said I noted his black hair with a green streak and his dark blue shirt and a black jumper over top, he was wearing dark green pants and had a pair of green and black joggers on.
"Lloyd!" Yelled a voice to my left, slowly turning my head to the voice I saw Kai walking to me with Zane not far behind him.
"Kai! What are you guys doing here, all I wanted was a bit of alone time" I said to him as he finally came to stand right in front of me.
"Something bad could happen to you and we didn't want to take the chance" said Kai after which Zane nodded in agreement.
"Lloyd" said Morro
"Yeah Morro" I said back turning my eyes away from the two older boys and to my friend.
"Im happy that your okay, you run away from Darkley's again" said Morro in a bland voice with a smirk on his face.
"I was getting tried of sticking around that place, and I'm still not happy that you didn't come with me" I said leaving Kai and Zane and walking towards Morro. We did our secret hand shake and smiled like idiots afterwards.
"Hey someone had to hold the fort" said Morro before we both went broke into laughter.
"Hey Lloyd sorry to break up the reunion, but who is this" said Kai rudely
"A friend" I said back to Kai not turning to face him or Zane.
"Thanks, not like I couldn't figure that one out" he said back in an even ruder tone.
"Lloyd I believe it is getting dark, we should head back to sensei" said Zane getting my attention
"I guess maybe" I said in reply turning to Zane and then back to my friend.
"Actually Lloyd I was hoping we could talk...privately" said Morro as he looked me right in the eyes. I turned back to Zane and shot him a quick look saying I'll be back before nodding to Morro and letting him led the way towards the opposite side of the park.
"I don't like the idea of Lloyd being alone with that kid...Morro" I heard Kai say as we walked, he said Morro's name with discuss.
"Hey sorry about Kai being so rude" I said to Morro as we walked out of the park and towards a small dead end ally.
"It doesn't bother me, this kind of thing happens all the time" said Morro not looking at me or the ground but just starring ahead into the ally way.
"You know Lloyd I didn't escape Darkley's on my own" continued Morro as we walked farther into the darkness.
I started to feel unsure, where was I going.
"Oh" I said in reply not knowing what else to say.
"My new...friend helped me" he said as we finally came to a stop and he turned to me.
"His name is Samukai" said Morro as he took a step back away from me.
"Tha-that's good, who is he?" I asked he sounded familiar but I couldn't place it and I'm sure he's a normal villain guy maybe.
"He's the leader King of the underworld, he is the undead King skeleton" he Morro smiling again.
"The King to the underworld? Doesn't that mean he knew my dad" I said hesitantly, looking to the ground a saw my shadow. But when my shadow started to become bigger and started moving while I hadn't moved a inch and also had four arms, that's when I really felt worried, unsure.
"Hello Lloyd Garmadon" said a voice behind me. I turned around looking away from Morro and to the new figure.
"It's time Samukai, let's take a walk Lloyd" said Morro. I looked up towards Samukai, he was twice my height and held four daggers in four hands.

KAI's Pov

I swear Lloyd and Morro had been talking for more than an hour, yet they still hadn't come back.
"Kai I believe we should go check on Lloyd" said Zane and he started walking in the direction the two boys had walked an hour ago.
"I guess, but if little Garmadon gets angry that we interrupted his talk your taking the blame" I said back still annoyed at the way Lloyd had spoken to me.
"Kai this was the way Lloyd and Morro took right?" Said Zane coming to a stop causing me to bump into him. Looking up we stood in a dark empty alleyway.
"I swear it was" I replied before something came to mind.
"Maybe he walked back to the bounty without us, he was a little angry with us" I continued    Gently grabbing Zane's arm and starting to walk back to the bounty.
"We could radio Nya and ask if Lloyd is already there" suggested Zane though he continued to walk now besides me.
"Don't worry about it we'll see the brat when we get back"

Another chapter completed. Yay.
