Lloyd A Different Beginning [ON HOLD]

5. Too close for comfort

Lloyd awoke to the sound of something breaking. Shooting up in the bed, he unconsciously jumped out of bed and went to the door, which to his surprise was unlocked. They stopped locking his room throughout the day, but at night, it was supposed to be locked. Lloyd walked out of his room and to where he thought the breaking sound came from. It was already morning and the sun was blazing through the windows into the bounty and it's contents.
Lloyd walked into the kitchen and dinning area to see Jay kneeling on the ground picking up a smashed bowl while Cole and Kai were laughing, Zane stood closest to Lloyd watching.
"Lloyd did we wake you?" asked Zane nearly jumping when he saw Lloyd standing close to him still wearing a pair of black and green pyjamas that sensei had given him.
"Oh yeah...what are you guys doing?" Questioned Lloyd walking up to Kai and Cole.
"Jay was trying on make his breakfast, Cole and I jump scared him making him drop his bowl. You should have been there, Lloyd it was so funny hearing him scream." Kai said, still laughing every couple of words.
"What is going on in here?" said sensei Wu as he walked into the room and arrived next to Lloyd.
"Kai and Cole made me drop my bowl" said Jay standing up with most of the smashed bowl in his hands. Nya then also walked into the room already dressed.
"What did you do Kai?" Said Nya giving Kai a look and moving also next to Cole.
"Nothing" said Kai
"Yeah sure" said Jay smirking
"Whatever boys, I'll make some breakfast for you all" said Nya as she grabbed out some bowls. As Nya got breakfast ready, Lloyd walked off to go and get dressed, may as well start the day.
Since Lloyd had arrived at the bounty he had never taken off his black hoodie, so the other ninja had yet to see his hair, something that hadn't occurred to him before now. 'I don't feel like I should be wearing this jumper anymore' thought Lloyd as he decided to take it off and just wore the clothes his uncle had bought him. A lot had changed in the week or two since he'd arrived, and as much as he wanted to go find his father- meet the man at least. He found that even now, he wanted to stay here. Lloyd ran back out to see breakfast ready and the ninja waiting for him.
"Wow Lloyd's a blonde" said Jay as Lloyd took a seat next to him.
"We have never seen you with your hood down Lloyd it is a nice change" said Zane opposite Lloyd as they all dug into their breakfast with the youngest giving a small smile.

"Lord Garmadon sssssir , may I ask why are we doing thisssss?" asked one of the many snakes that worked and followed lord Garmadon.
"So I can get my son back" growled lord Garmadon before hitting the snake for questioning his motives, it wasn't often it happened, but it was becoming more common- he wouldn't stand for it.
"Of course sir" said the snake before fleeing from the room.

"Lloyd bring your arms higher" yelled Kai from the side lines as Jay was teaching Lloyd to fight while Cole and Zane trained together.
"What?" Replied Lloyd turning his eyes to Kai.
"Jay take a break, I'm teaching" said Kai walking over and moving Jay to the side while he took over teaching Lloyd.
"Okay, if a constrictai attacks you, they won't fight you head on, they'll dig under you and fight like that" said Kai, showing a brief example of how the snake type fought.
"Okay how do I stop them" said Lloyd maintaining his fighting stance.
"You stop them before they dig" said Kai as he showed Lloyd how to fight constrictai. As Kai continued teaching Lloyd, Jay took over training with Zane while Cole just watched his teammates and small housemate.
"Well hello ninja, it's nice to see you again" said a voice behind Cole. Everyone turned to the voice to see lord Garmadon with half the snake army behind him, the shock of the sudden arrival and the fact that it was a small army that had managed to sneak up on them- everything about the situation seemed impossible. The ninja quickly reacted.
"Lloyd get inside!" said Kai hoping lord Garmadon hadn't seen him, being as Lloyd had been standing on nearly the opposite side of the ship from where the villain stood.
"You better get ready to be beat Garmadon, cause your on our turf now" said Jay taking on his fighting stance and shifting his body to slightly block Garmadon's sight of Lloyd ducking back into the bounty- hopefully unnoticed.
