chapter 11

the voices in my head grow louder and louder as I here screams from all kinds of people ring around my head. It comes to the point wear it's unbearable, as if I wish I could die right there for the torture of the screams in my head. And then it all stops.

I close my eyes in relief of the ringing stopping and open them to see a field, which blinds me for a few seconds because of the sudden change from the black surrounding me.

"Casey," my youngest sisters voice says seeing to come closer as she repeats it.
I turn my head quickly to see her standing there. Tears start streaming down my face and I can't stop them.
I run toward her and grab her in my arms while tears keep running down my cheeks and falling onto her small shoulders.

"oh my god I don't know why you are here but I love you, I love you, I love you and I kiss you and oh my god I love you," I say kissing her little forehead.
"i was playing with mother and I went to pull out my new doll from my box and everything went black and I was scared and I wanted mother and I people started yelling at me and this is much better than someone yelling," her soft voice whispers into my ear. I can tell she is still to frightened to speak normally and I don't blame her.
"I miss you," she says. I can feel her tears running down her face as they fall onto my jacket and slide off.
"I miss you too," I say.

she squirms out of my arm asking to be put down. I softly set her down and crouch so I am at her level.
"don't leave," she says grabbing my hand.
"I don't want to," I say feeling her small hand wrapped around mine.

all the sudden I am awoken by people shaking my arms and saying my name.
"NO," I yell sitting up and shaking violently.
Tyler comes to my side pushing people out of the way,"what happened?" he asks seeming out of breath almost as if he ran.
"why do you care?" I ask hesitantly.
"that doesn't matter, answer me," he says.
"I honestly don't know," I say trying to replay what I had just witnessed in my mind.
