Chapter 6: Shadow Crush

A.N. FINALLY!!!!! IT'S OUT!!!! sorry for the delay guys. I'll make up for lost time, and make a one shot with a male character. OK? So comment who I should write it about.

"_____(name)! You're awake!" I hear a familiar voice, I turn to see Laurence standing by the doorway. He looks somehow happy to see me awake,interesting. Before I can process everything, I feel a warmth embrace me.

~~~Laurence's POV~~~

I open the door to the room _____(name) was resting in to see her sitting on the bed. Never was I so happy in the nether as I was now. I fail to control my happiness and shout.

"____(name)! You're awake!" Without knowing, I hug her.

"How long was I knocked out?" She questions.

"A week... I found you passed out on the ground."She hugs back. I would have never expected that. I shiver at her warmth. It's been a while ever since I've felt warmth like her's. Ever since I was stuck in this hell hole, I've lost the ability to feel emotion. That was until I met her... 

"Oh. Thank you...." Her grip tightens a bit. "But, where am I?"

"Your in my room." She pushes me away and bows her head. It looks so cute.

"I'm sorry I drove you out of your bed!" 

"It's fine, _____(name), I'm just glad you're awake."

 ~~~Your pov~~~

"It's fine, _____(name), I'm just glad you're awake." Those words make my face grow hot. 

"T-thank you again," I say. "Would you like to join me for a walk? I'd like to know you more." To my surprise, he actually agrees.

We make our way to the dining hall. How come I always end up going to some place that is food related? Laurence and I sit n the chairs located near the fireplace and podium. 

"So, _____(fake name), could you tell me what your title means in the over world?" Laurence asks. 

"Oh, that," I say plainly. " I am a manipulation magicks user, I can change appearance of things and control motion. Usually, it is strongest when you manipulate something your passionate about." I wonder if he's following this.

"Interesting, so your specialty is music?" Wow, he catches on fast.

"Yes, so I can use my music to control my enemies." I snap my fingers, a punching dummy and _____(instrument) appear. I get into a playable position, and begin to play. The dummy tenses up and begins to animate. "Now, I bow to me!" I command, the dummy does so in a servile manner. Then, with a snap of my fingers, the _____(instrument) and dummy disappear.

"Wow, impressive." He says in awe.

"Now see why people want me?" I ask. He nods.

"Can you show me something more 'basic'?" Well, I never expected for him to be interested. With that, I hold my hand over the candle on the table and swipe right (lol match.com), changing the flames color from orange to white. Swiping left, the flame, again, changes color, restoring it to it's former shade of orange.

"Your very talented, _____(name)." He says, making my face grow hot. Do I like him? NO! I can't!!

"T-thank you, but don't flatter me." I retort. Why did I retort? Why couldn't I just take the complement? 

"That wan't flattery, _____(name) It was a complement."

"Then, thank you." I close my eyes. Then i look around, looking for a way to make the atmosphere lighter. I say the only thing I can think of. "Laurence, Why do I always end up someplace related to food?" I hear him laugh.

"I don't know."

  "Hehe~" We continue to talk. Before we knew it, the dining hall was filled. A bell rings, signalling the food to arrive. I had something light while Laurence, on the other hand had his plate filled with food. I couldn't  help but giggle at his childish eating habits. " Aw, he's too cute!" I whisper to myself and smile, continuing to eat.

After the dinner, I walk to my room, which was next to Laurence's. Flopping onto the bed, which is surprisingly comfortable, I recall the things that happened today. In the end, I make up my mind, I like him. I like Laurence. Laurence's sweet smile, gentle voice, and his sweet personality  remind me of him.
