I wake up to a pair of lips touching my forehead.
"Good morning, _____(name)," Laurence smiles at me. A shriek is heard by the stairs, Laurence looks over to the sound, so do I. Into my field of vision comes a worried Cadenza.
"Brother! What are you doing?!" She yells. "We met in the Nether, he's been my comfort," I explain.
I feel joy spilling out of me, being reunited with the one I care deeply about. Like a happy ending, for now.
