You take Mark's hand as you get one last look at your newborn son. You smile one last smile, the last smile anyone will ever see you do. You eyes slowly get heavy as you breathe your last breath.

"She knew she was going to die giving birth to your son, but she took the risk. She came in the world a strong one, and left it even stronger. You do know she was born in this same hospital, Mr. Fischbach?"

A nurse that had just started working at the hospital was talking to Mark about you being born prematurely. She was in the room, taking notes on what to do during a premature birth.

"I'm so proud of her, but at the same time I'm so mad. She could have told me sooner. I would have absolutely made sure the last past months would be the best she's ever had."
"I bet she was having the time of her life with you Mr. Fischbach. I'll leave you two alone."

The nurse left Mark and your son alone in the room. He only got about two minutes to look at your lifeless body before the people were taking you away. He placed your son in the little cradle type thing and sat in a chair.

"How will I live with myself...? Knowing I let her die. She hid it all so well...all too well. FUCK! GODDAMNIT (Y/N)! WHY!"

He started to bawl like a newborn baby...Oh wait. It was your son. Mark got up from the seat and walked over to the bag at to console him.

"How am I going to tell him...my boy...that his mother gave up her life for his?"

"Gah? Awjakdlfhdksobfjejehsj (random cooing noises)."

"(Y/n), you left a hole here...and his name is (insert baby name here) and I'll make she that hole is filling up with the most knowledge it can hold. Hopefully he isn't a complete idiot like me."

"So hskeje hsjshsbdkwn?"
"Yes (dat baby name u used above) hskeje hsjshsbdkwn."

Mark gave (last time, I promise. Baby name) a kiss on the head and sat back down. He pulled out his phone and scrolls through all the pictures you and him had taken together.

"I've known this woman for ten years, but I still couldn't see through her..."

He walked over to your purse, trying to keep it together. He opened the purse, almost breaking down adhering to your smell.

He pulled out your phone, longing to see all the little snapshots you secretly took of you two.

"Green and pink...our two favorite colors."

He turned on the phone, only to find you had a password on your phone.

"Maybe...."

He tried your all the birthdays he could think of, then they day you two met,
