Scene 19

In the morning, Alex opens the pod and ventures outside to explore the island for the first time. She discovers that she is alone and has limited resources at her disposal. She is also in serious need of medical attention. Her odds of long-term survival are slim at best. While on the island, she attempts to communicate with her mother using telepathy, a talent she discovered she had earlier. After locating a fresh water source, she sets up camp on the island and does her best to survive. Eventually, the situation proves too much for her to handle as she desperately clings onto the last remaining moments of her life.
