Is it worth it?

Chapter 1

Hi peepss, this is my first story and the first chapter! I don't even know if anyone's going to read it but hopefully *fingers crossed* I do get some readers. So read on and let me know what you think in the comments and yeh... please do vote if you like it.
Oh yeh and I'm sorry if there's any errors... iv been writing on my phone. If you want you can just point it out and I'll sort it out. Please don't hate it's just a little story nothing too serious.

"Why's he taking so long?"

Kate had planned a surprise for Chase as they weren't able to spend time with each other recently

But it's now half 10 and he's normally home by 9.
'Where is he?'
After waiting for another 10 minutes she decides to ring him...

He picks up on the third ring... actually wait... he doesn't pick up, I'm sure his voice doesn't sound like a girls? That's definitely some girl

"Hello... hello...?
The women on the other end asks
"Errm.. hi who's this? And where's chase?! I try to talk calmly but near the end my voice goes higher.

"Hi, sorry Mr Davidson's gone to the bathroom and his phone was ringing for a while now... so I just picked up, me and my husband Alex cooper who's doing business with Mr Davidson were just having dinner"

What the hell! I've been waiting here for like 3 hours and he didn't think of telling me anything at all! "Hello..." I ignore the lady on the other side

Well he can go fuck off to wherever and whoever he wants!

I throw the phone across the table and walk to the bedroom.

I'm laying awake in the bed when I hear the sound of a car... and then a few minutes later I hear the bedroom door opening.

"Kate, are you awake?" Chase asks softly and I make sure he sees me awake and then turn to the other side.

I hear a few things being moved and then the bed dips a little... later on I feel chase's breath on my neck which at that moment annoys me a lot

"What happend?"
What happened? Well he can figure it out himself because there's not going to be a reply from me

I don't answer and just close my eyes but he doesn't let me close my eyes as he once again asks the same question...

"Kate! Tell me whats wrong!!" But the only difference is that this time the voice is a little louder and seems more... urgent? He turns me to look at him which obviously isn't a good move

As soon as he finishes I push him with all the force and get off the bed not knowing where I'm going to go... the bathroom or the living room! But who cares it's better than staying there and screaming at him

And obviously he wants the screams, doesn't he? Because the next thing he does is he follows me. Does he not know how bad this normally turns out?

This situation would normally be funny, speed walking to the living room with a fuming chase right behind me but not right now

"Kate, what the fuck!" He grabs my hand and turns me to him... and oh God does he look pissed

"Ive had enough, I do not even want to talk about it chase, us getting together was the worst decision I or you have made! A big mistake"

Too far

I know it, his face says it all

The next few seconds his face changes from fury to broken

No I shouldn't have gone that far... too far

And then his hand leaves mine and he pushes past me to the door

And I? I just stand there thinking wtf

It takes me a few seconds to realise he's gone out of the door and the car keys aren't on the counter either

I hear the car and I know he's gone, so I rush to get my phone and dial his number...

Ring ring... if continues but no one picks up and then  it goes off

After pacing the living room for around 5-10 minutes I go and sit on the couch looking straight at the door, hoping he'll come back quickly

Nothing. No car no doors opening. Nothing

After a few more minutes I get a call from Josh, Chase's best friend...

"Hello?"

"Hey Kate, quick question... what the fuck?"

"What do you mean?" I bet I already know

"One hint, Chase... you understand now? He's literally come at my door a minute ago stumbling and not even able to stand properly..." so this is what I caused him to do, he preferred someone else's house even when he's drunk than to his own

"Okay take care of him please, I'll be there in 5 minutes"
