Nattie's POV:
And so thus, begins my journey to find Thorin, as Dwalin, son of Fundin accompanies me on my mission. We've ridden for hours, and by night fall, we stopped and made camp. "I cannot believe Thorin would just get up and left without a note, or even a warning! He's never going to hear the end of it from me!" snarled Dwalin. "Join the club, Dwalin! I like to ring his neck!" I said, as I was sharpening my dagger. "Where did you get that dagger, Nattie?" asked Dwalin. "You don't remember? Thorin had given it to me on my birthday in Erebor." said Nattie. Dwalin smiled. "Yes I remembered, and I never had forgotten your reaction when he gave you the dagger." said Dwalin. "Dwalin, there is something I don't understand. The Battle of Moria was years ago, and you went on countless searches for Thrain! Why didn't he just give up the search?" I asked Dwalin. "Nattie, you ought to know Thorin by now! Thorin never gives up on anything." said Dwalin, with a sheepish shrug.
I sat down and looked into the sky, and prayed to Mahal to find Thorin. The next morning, we continued our journey. "There's a small village forty miles from where we are! We're going to stop and rest there!" Dwalin announced, as we ridden that day. I decided to allow Dwalin become the guide, since after all he knew the areas well, and we rode in silence for some time after that.
No One's POV:
Village
It was just past six o clock in the evening, as Thorin entered the small village, and he stopped at the village's local pub and Inn for the night. The place was already crowded with patrons as Thorin entered, and he approached the counter where the Inn Keeper is located and booked a room. After that, Thorin went into the common area of the Inn, and ordered a meal a few mugs of ale, but what happened next, he didn't expect. A Dwarf woman recognized the dwarf prince when he entered, and she greeted him. "Well, well well! Long time no see! You don't remember me do you, Thorin?" purred the blonde haired dwarf woman. Actually Thorin remembered her, and he didn't want to remember her, because she caused a lot of problems in Erebor--it was no other than Tabitha, the one person whom he's trying to forget. "Tabitha, what are you doing here?" snarled Thorin. "Well, let me see--I wasn't wanted in the Iron Hills because I got banned from there--then I tried to live in Dale, and I got sent away from there as well! And so I resolved to live in this peace and quiet place." said Tabitha.
"Well, I see why those places didn't you want you! Now away and leave me be!" snapped Thorin. "Now, now, Thorin! That is no way to treat an old friend whom you haven't seen in years! Come now, can we just let bygones be bygones?" said Tabitha. "You're the last person in the world I wish to become friends with, woman! Now you heard me the first time! LEAVE ME ALONE!" snapped Thorin sharply, his voice a little louder. "You're still the arrogant fool, I remembered! You weren't the same dwarf I was about to marry!" scoffed Tabitha, standing up, glaring at the Dwarf. "I Never loved you anyway!!! Our marriage was arranged!! I NEVER CARED FOR YOU! NOR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER!!" screamed Thorin. "We'll just see about that!" growled Tabitha, as she left the table. I will make sure Thorin will be back in my life, I'm going to make him mine again, thought Tabitha.
And idea popped in Tabitha's head. I got a way of bringing him to me! First, I must speak with a friend of mine, who can help make this possible! I will poison the dwarf! thought Tabitha, as she went to speak to her friend. After that, she left her friend now holding a small vial with a white powdery substance, and she saw Thorin leaving his table. "Where did the dwarf go?" Tabitha asked one of the patrons nearby. "Oh he left for a brief moment! He'll be back any minute!" replied one of the patrons. Tabitha grinned. Good! It's time to pour this stuff in that dwarf's drink! thought Tabitha. Tabitha opened the lid of the vial, pouring the substance in the mug. Suddenly, she saw Thorin returning to the table, just minutes after Tabitha pouring the substance in Thorin's drink. "Why are you still here? Aren't you supposed to be flirting with the other patrons here?" growled Thorin.
"Thorin, its time to let the past be the past and start fresh--you know I still have strong feelings for you! Feelings that I have not let go!" said Tabitha. "I'm sorry, Tabitha, but I don't feel any love for you! Now do me a favor, and scram!" said Thorin as he took a big swig of his drink. "You'll come running to me Thorin! Don't deny it! There is still some love in there you have for me!" said Tabitha, and she walked away. Thorin sat there for a while. A few minutes later, he felt the effects of the poison that was placed in his drink. At the same time, a group of minstrels began playing some music. And he watched people going out onto the dance floor as they began to dance. Tabitha sat alone and watched. And suddenly, Thorin turned his attention to Tabitha. Maybe she has changed! She still looks as beautiful as they day we got married! I'm going to ask her to dance! thought Thorin, as he stood up and he walked over towards her. "May I have this dance with you, Tabitha?" asked Thorin.
Tabitha stood up and smiled. "I will be honored to, Thorin!" said Tabitha, as the two of them stepped out onto the dance floor. "What made you change your mind?" asked Tabitha, as she and Thorin danced. "I have done some thinking, Tabitha---you and I are meant to be together--and I'm sorry for about everything that went down in Erebor--it should have never happened!" said Thorin, quietly. "Don't worry about it, Thorin! Like I said earlier, let the past stay in the past!" said Tabitha. Thorin smiled at her. "And you are right!" said Thorin, pulling Tabitha close to him as they danced.

Nattie's POV
We had ridden non stop for hours, as we finally made it to the village by seven o clock. And we headed straight towards the Inn and Pub, where Dwalin and I agreed to stay the night. Once we entered the pub, we booked our rooms, and entered the common area of the place where we would eat our meal and have our drinks, but what happened next I didn't expect at all, and it wasn't pleasant either. While Dwalin went back to his room to get his things settled, I sat at my table eating my meal, when all of a sudden I lost my appetite, when something, or should I say someones had caught my attention. In the center of the large dancing area of the common room, I spotted Thorin. But he wasn't alone. He was dancing! With another woman! Not just with any woman, but with the woman he had tried to marry in Erebor!
I couldn't believe I'm seeing this, as my heart sank, and anger and hurt clouded over me. A part of me wanted to make a scene, but a part of me couldn't. What are you doing, Nattie! You're here to bring Thorin back! Don't let this tramp take him away from you! I thought to myself. Finally, I decided enough was enough, I'm going to put an end to this, right now! I stood up, and I threw two mugs at both Thorin and the Dwarf Tramp. Both Thorin and Tabitha turned their attention directly towards me, as Thorin glared in anger at me, as well as Tabitha. "Oh no! It's you! What are you doing here?!" shouted Tabitha. "You leave me beloved alone! Stay away from him! He's NOT YOURS! He's MINE!!" I shouted at Tabitha. "Who is this woman?" Thorin asked Tabitha. When I heard Thorin say that, my heart stopped.
"Thorin, its me Nattie! The woman you love! What is going on here?!" I shouted. "I don't remember a woman named Nattie! I never even loved a woman by that name! Leave us be, we're having our moment here!" snapped Thorin. "You heard the dwarf, half blood!! LEAVE HIM ALONE!!" shouted Tabitha. Tears fell down my face, as I darted away from them in defeat, as I darted towards the front door of the Inn and went outside, ,as I screamed, and I collapsed to the ground in uncontrollable sobs.
