If Yeniya could wish for one thing, it would be something that could take the pain away. She hurt everywhere. Even with her eyes closed, she could tell that she was in bad shape.  She wanted to open her eyes but her body couldn't allow her. She needed rest and she knew that. She almost fell asleep when a voice spoke.

"Please wake up." There was desperation laced with it.

As if it was a siren's call, her body began to surge with energy. As a sweet sensation cruised through her body, she could feel the pain disappearing into thin air. When the pain eventually disappeared, she opened her eyes and scanned her surroundings. She was in an unfamiliar room. The walls were painted blue and wall frames filled the room on each side. The room had two doors, one was probably for the bathroom. There was nothing peculiar about the room aside from the man who was sitting at the edge of the bed. In all honesty, no matter how attractive the room was, everything seemed pale in comparison.

It only took her one glance to forget for a moment where she was.

Her eyes was met by another set of blue eyes whom she thought she had seen before. There was something peculiar about his eyes. It was in a shade of midnight blue. The same shade of blue that you see the very moment before the break of dawn, the same shade you see after the sun had set.  Yeniya could tell because she watched the sun rise and set everyday. It was one of the things she found pleasurable seeing.

She had registered that the man looked surprised yet relieved when she awoke. A smile tugged on the man's face, flashing that all so perfectly looking smile. Self awareness got the best of her and blood rushed toward her cheeks.

Oh my, he's handsome. She thought.

The man was indeed gorgeous. Checking him out, she took in his jet black hair and natural tan skin. His eyes demanded attention. His long nose and up-churned lips screamed perfection. His square jaw and high cheekbones whispered masculinity.

He was perfect if not for the little scar just below his lower lip. However, it only heightened his mysteriousness to the ordeal. She only need one look to know that the man was all flesh and muscle under the tight black shirt he was wearing. Amidst her not so innocent thoughts, she saw those kissable lips moved, replacing the perfect smile into a perfect smirk. When she looked into his eyes again, it had occurred to her that he had caught her checking him out. She immediately lowered her head in shame. What am I doing?!

"You're awake. My name's Lyon." She could almost imagine the claws of his, scraping her skin in a pleasurable way. Felt as fangs teased her.... Oh God! I am imagining bad things again! From just the mention of his name! Get a grip, Yeniya!

"How are you feeling, cara ?" She had heard his voice a couple of times already but it still gave out the same effect. It was as if his name wasn't enough flame, his voice could have easily melted her.

It took her a minute to answer him. That was when she snapped from her thoughts.

"I'm fi...ne?" Her voice was hoarse like a sandpaper. Her reply felt more than a question rather than answer. In fact, she doesn't even know the answer to the question. Her emotions was a mess. She was never been like this to a man especially with a stranger she just met.

Forgetting her injuries, she tried to sit up. Her shoulder protested as the pain stabbed her like a knife. She gave up. Plopping back to the bed, she waited for the pain to subside.
