My Dears, here is the long awaited update!

Thank you for your patience.

The floor was cold against Yeniya's cheek. She swallowed the lump that had formed in her throat and tasted blood. She must have bit her tongue when her body came in contact with the floor. Another injury for her. Damn! Whats up with me and coalitions?

Placing a hand on her bruised chin, she took in her current position. Her straightened legs were spread slightly apart from eachother, one thigh had once cushioned her head from the blow. Luckily, she was flexible enough or else it would've hurt real bad.

"Damn, not again." She could feel the fear crawling in, slowly creeping through her heart like a thief. Cursing, she straightened her back, tilting her head left to right in hopes to stop her vision from spinning.

"Shit!..zhu.." Stopping from tilting midway when her shoulder protested in agony, placing her right hand to one side to somehow soothe the pain. Drat.

Looking up, she gaped in horror, realizing she was a feet away from the chamber. The door was in shambles and the hinges were forcibly taken out from the panel, leaving a gaping hole in the middle.

However the shock gave way to confusion. The impact should have hurt her terribly but aside from the bruised chin, she was not in any pain at all. She expected her to be leaning at the back of the other door, however it was not the smooth texture of the mahogany door that touched her shoulders but ridges of solid hard muscles.

Stupefied, she was about to stand up or tried to stand up when a set of large arms surrounded her from behind, locking her in an embrace, gently tucking her to his chest.

Calm and serenity immediately flowed through her but was only short-lived. She remembered that the less than little painless impact was due to the fact that it was Lyon who shouldered it for her.

"Lyon! Oh god, are you okay?" Abruptly she turned her head, pushing her tousled hair to one side so she could check on Lyon for possible injuries when her shoulders protested, causing her to flinch and yelp in pain.

"Careful, Felicia!" Lyon imposed, bringing her body close to his, so close that she could hear the sheer beating of his heart.

"I was just in the nick of time to prevent you from hitting the door. My body might have lessened the force of the impact but with your injured shoulder, it still would have hurt." With their weight shifted, Lyon leaned back, the door cradling his head. "Just give me a minute, cara and I'll be okay."

Amidst her inner protest, she hesitantly followed. Rubbing his arm in hopes that it would give him comfort, she waited for him to recover. When he groaned in approval, she continued, caressing his thighs every now and then. Enjoying how his muscles rippled under her touch.

"You better stop what you are doing now, cara." Lyon chuckled. He caught her hands with his bigger ones, bringing them to his lips, kissing each one.

"Thank you. You in my arms, I would say, would be the best therapy, I could ever experience. I recover faster when I'm with you." Looking up to him, Yeniya could see the smile that makes her heart go mushy inside. But all too soon, it was set into a grim line, the carelessness easily turned serious confusion.
