AN: Lumie AKA Elena Delgado.

Deep in a forest where everything was beautiful, wails of a woman could be heard. She was holding a baby close to her heart.

"My baby, my baby..... My child... My beautiful child..." The baby seemed to be lifeless in her hands as the baby was going pale and cold. The woman knew nothing could be done. Her child's fate was sealed, it couldn't be altered. All she could do was grieve.

It was a time of mourning for a child was dead.

Yeniya woke up gasping for air. Beads of sweat was dancing on her face. She wiped it away as she gazed at the ceiling. She never had a dream like that. It felt so real, so alive as if she was inside the dream herself.

"What the hell was that?" She said, rubbing off the sleep from her eyes.

She sat up. Her eyes squinted as it adjusted in the darkness. Looking around, she realized that she was still in the same room alone. She could not tell what time of the day it was because heavy red curtains draped the windows behind her but she could tell that she slept for hours. The stiffed neck and the numbed back was a good indicator that she slept in one position and that told her enough.

Yeniya gingerly stretched her shoulders and immediately regretted. She winced as her shoulders jerked in pain.

She peered under the T-shirt she was wearing and realize that she was wearing new set of clothes. Touching the bandages on her shoulder with her fingertips, she thought if whether it was Lyon who changed her. She felt her body shuddered at thought of the possibility.

What is happening to me? I only known the man for less than a day! She thought wistfully.

"I'm sorry for ruining your expectation. It was me who changed your clothes," A thick accented Scottish-Irish voice said out of nowhere. The voice's accent sounded peculiar. The strangeness of it almost made the word "clothes" sounded like clawds.

Yeniya almost fell out of the bed when she saw Lumie leaning on the door frame.

Geez, this woman always pops out of nowhere! And why do I get the feeling that she can read my mind? She thought exasperated.

The doctor looked the same from when Yeniya first met her. The white coat was still there however instead of a pink blouse and pin stripped skirt , it was replaced with a white T-shirt and a pair of blue faded jeans.

" I didn't know that I was with company," She whispered breathing deep breaths as she waited for her heart to slow down.

"I've been here long before you woke up." The woman said in reply.

"Perhaps I should be more receptive then."

"That you should." Lumie chuckled walking closer to where Yeniya was.

"So how did a doctor of a good ol' school get in here?" Yeniya asked, watching Lumie pull a stool under the bed and take a seat beside her bed.

"I am part of the pack." Showing the tattoo on her right wrist, Lumie continued. "This tattoo is the best proof."

Yeniya examined the tattoo. A she-wolf which had nine tails was embedded on Lumie's skin. It was small yet looking at it, Yeniya could feel the power radiating. She thought she had seen the wolf before but could not point out when or where.
