BELLA POV

I opened my eyes and the back of my head was paining badly and I could smell blood and felt nauseating . It was dark where ever I was.

When my eyes adjusted to the darkness I could see myself in a abondened house . It had a window and a couch in which I was lying with some books and food at my side. Also a door maybe to the bathroom.

I tried to get up but I was pushed back by a force called stiffness . My body had become stiff becauseI had been sitting there for a long time. I was also dirty as if I was dragged from some where.

I tried to remember something. But I just remember the last thing was I and Jake at beach and then a a feeling of pain in my head. I tried calling out for help " Hey anyone there . Please help ."but my voice was not loud enough. So I just lay there thinking about Edward and thinking he must have returned from hunting and was probably too worried and searching for me everywhere and taking all the blame on himself and cursing himself .

I hated his habit of blaming himself for everything even if it was not his fault. This time it was my fault. I came to Jake and I have put everyone in problem . But I didn't knew what I could have done. I was so tired of handling them both and thinking about them then I just slept not able to handle anymore.

I was woken up by a rough bang on the door. A familiar voice told me " Eat your food and go back to sleep ."the way he spoke was an order but it didn't sound like it. It was as if the speaker was crying and had a soar throat or something. Then I recognised the voice. It was Jacob.

" Jake is that you?"I asked. No reply . " Jacob please tell is it you?" I again asked. Again no reply. " Jake" I tried to sound angry.

A body emerged from the door big and tall like Jacob I was not able to see the face because of darkness. When he came closer I found that I was correct, it was Jacob.

He looked horrible like a deflated ballon. His face and smile which looked like sunshine completely vanished and its place was a sad unhappy face with huge circles under his eyes . His eyes were swollen completely as if he had being crying for days and his cheek had tear marks.

I felt horrible seeing him like this and asked " Jacob what happened are you ok , why were you crying and where are we ." I showered him with questions I wanted to ask more but when I saw him say something I stopped.

" Bella we are in Canada ." I didn't understand what was he saying. " What?" I asked " Why are we in Canada ? What happened?" He didn't reply. He was just standing there staring at the ground." Jacob please tell. Don't scare me like that."I said to him. Even though I didn't fell scared because he was there with me . But I felt something was wrong .

After taking a deep breath he replied " Bella you have been kidnapped ."I didn't understand again. " Jake who has kidnapped me ?" I asked. He sighed and said" Me" I was shocked.

First I thought maybe it was a dream or so. But it was too real to be a dream. The pain at the back of my head had began to grow . I tried to ignore it and concentrate on Jacob but it was making me feel dizzy as if I was going in a comma or something. I again tried hard to ignore it and was able to now.

Then I asked him" Jake why did you do this ? What did I do to make you torcher me like that?" . He took a deep breath and now his pain was turning to anger and he said trying to calm himself" Bella I just want you to be safe. I want to protect you from...." he didn't say anything . I said " From what Jacob?". He paused for a minute which seemed like an hour to me. "From you being a bloodsucker like them." he said at last.

I tried to swallow it . I knew Jacob hated me being a vampire but so much , I didn't expect this from him. He was not the Jake anymore that I loved and liked. From the day I told him about me going to be a vampire he changed.

I hated him from doing so. It was my life and my decision he was no one to interefere in my life. And tears started rolling down my cheecks. The tears were not because of fear but it was of anger that Jacob was trying to interfere in my personal life.

He hated Edward I could bare that or even his abusing him but this was across the limit . I had to stop it and go home to Edward.I tried to get up but again I fell back on the couch. I tried again taking some support . I got up but was not able to stand still and was about to fall but Jake held me. When he caught me by my arm I was angry and just pushed him away. Then I proceeded towards the door.

" Hey Bella where are you going?"Jake said and as I was about to touch the knob he came and stood between me and the door. I tried to push him" Jake let me go." I tried shouting but it came out as a whisper . " No Bella you are not going anywhere . " he shouted at me.

"Jake let me go."now my voice came more stronger and I made an unsuccessful effort to push him. But he didn't move a inch.

He came behind me and started dragging me to the couch  . " Jake leave me I have to go to Edward ." I tried freeing myself from his arms which were like bars. Then he pushed me on the sofa and ran out and closed the door behind him .

I just sat their staring at the closed door . I was dieing to go to Edward , hug him and kiss him and have his protective cold arms around me again. I was continuosly crying and again and again calling Edward .
