Heyo potato... sorry.
Calum's pov
I marched through the neighborhood with my head down. Its better to hide then act like some arrogant jerk that I'm not. "Hey Calum?" The familiar voice of the only person I really talk to, Dylan, pipes up from beside me. His newly dyed blue hair flys with the wind and his chocolate brown eyes shine in amusement. "Why are you walking so grumpily? Did someone make fun of your band shirt?" He smiled, only joking. Trying to cheer me up the slightest bit. "I'm always grumpy." I pout, forcing myself to not give in to his bubbly personality.
"I see you. Don't stop the smile! Let the smile free!" He chuckles stupidly causing a small grin from me. "Oh, is it ok that I bring someone to sit with us today?" He scuffs his sneakers against the pavement shyly. You may be asking, why didn't he sit next to you yesterday? I like to sit alone sometimes but Dylan doesn't agree with that so every Tuesday, Dylan sits with me as a compromise. "Who?" I was suddenly interested to what he had to say. "Skylar. Skylar Clifford?" When he said the name, he smiled so giddily, I knew I couldn't say no.
"Yeah sure, who is she?" I prodded, bumping my elbow into his side. Recollecting his balance, he blushes before squeaking out a small, "my soulmate." before covering his face in embarrassment. "She is so pretty and I'm like a potato. I don't deserve her." (Causally trying to help my self-esteem here, move on) He whispers self-consciously. "Dude, she is probably thinking the same thing about you." I tried to help the struggling boy but I'm not the best at dealing with emotions. "Really?" He slowly lifts up his head to look into my eyes. "Aren't we all potatoes on the inside?" I shrug weirdly before patting him on the back.

Luke's pov (two povs, hollah)The school building seemed to look down on me like a piece of dirt. Mocking me before I even stepped inside. "C'mon, Luke. You'll be ok." Ashton smiles at me, taking my wrist to direct me through the front doors. Eyes followed my every movement, watching very closely. The attention scared me and made me want to curl into a ball. I don't like this. "LUKE!" Large arms wrapped around me, relieving me a little.
"Hi Mikey." I muttered, letting the nickname slip. "Mikey? Cute." He smiled fondly down at me. He may not be the one in my dream but he's the damn closest to loving me so I'm giving it all I got. "Ready for a new school?" He rocks us back and forth, still holding me in his arms. "Nope." I pop the p before escaping from his grasp. "Ok, now wher- CALUM!" Ashton runs off towards an incredibly handsome boy and what seems to be his friend. "Lets go, Lukey." Michael pulled me towards them as well while I was in a daze.
"You promised, dude. Here is Luke." Ashton chuckled, pointing to me, making me look down at my vans. "Hi Luke." His voice was as smooth as caramel. I wonder what his laugh sound like with that voice of his. "Hi." I squeaked out, finally looking back up. He looked even more attractive up close which confused me. Why is so he god damn attractive? "Ok, now does any of you know where Sky is?" Calum's blue-haired friend spoke up quietly.
"Are you-" I began to speak excitedly before a small, chubby hand covers my mouth. "No one can find out about my dirty little secret." Skylar and Sahara join the group. "What? Does any one get the song reference?" Skylar questions seeing everyone's confused faces. "You guys are hopeless." She mutters, hugging Dylan.
I don't know if I wanna end it here but I am so suck it up... -Katie
