So, dead. That was a new one. Isabella thought she was in heaven, but couldn't be sure. She was in her own house, and her parents were there. They were about to go out, their suitcases were by the door, but they were making pancakes for her and Evie. She looked around, confused but happy. Then, when it simply seemed to be on repeat, she moved on. Memories played back her favorite moments - winning a prestigious award at school, holidays away in London and Japan when she was only 2, summers with Bobby, hunting, her 16th birthday, and finally, the Winchesters. The first time she met them, being in the Impala, nights in motel rooms, Sam being her boyfriend, and finally. What she had been waiting for. Her birthday with Dean. She was about to walk into the motel room when someone grabbed her from behind, and dragged her away. She screamed and kicked, but it did no good. She was never going to relive that moment again.
She woke up laying on a bed in a typical motel room. "Okay, seriously? I don't remember this motel room, but whoever dragged me away from my favorite birthday is gonna get their ass kicked." There was the sound of chuckling and suddenly the Winchesters came and sat beside her, smiling at her. "Okay, what memory is this?" She wondered out loud, and there was the sound of more chuckling as they both pulled her into a crushing hug. "This isn't a memory. This is real. You are back, Isabella." Dean said, sounding a little choked up. She hugged them again, as Crowley appeared, and wordlessly, she hugged him. He held her, and didn't let go, whispering "Love, you are back." over and over, almost like he didn't believe it. She smiled, and started to cry, and he let her go, looking her over to make sure everything about her was okay. Cas appeared, and said "So it did work." in his deep voice. "Are you going to stay in those clothes Isabella?" Cas asked. She was still in her blood soaked clothes, and they were mostly ripped open. A blush coloured her cheeks, and she grabbed her bag, sitting in the corner of the room and walked to the bathroom. As she
She quickly changed into a simple white dress, and wore heels, because being short is annoying. She still had Crowley's necklace on. She walked out of the bathroom feeling more confident, and she summoned Dylan the hellhound back to her. He seemed really happy to see her, and she made him do his happy whine. He accidentally knocked her over, and the Winchesters rushed over to help as she stayed on the floor, laughing. Dylan was awesome, and he made her feel safe, which was a rare feeling. Once Isabella stopped laughing and was upright again, she decided it was question time. "So, how am I back? What have you been doing? All of you? Father, has Dylan been a good boy? HAS DIVERGENT COME OUT? OR THE MAZE RUNNER? Also, do you have any food? Where are we? Do you have my laptop? Has the werewolf been killed? Hello? Any answers?" All three men looked stunned at the onslaught of questions being fired at them. "Well, both movies are out, yes to food, we are back in your home town, yes we still have your laptop and its fine, the werewolf is dead, and we got an angel to get out back here. Those are the simplest to answer." Dean said. "And Dylan has been good, hasn't killed anyone, but he did try to. And he doesn't listen to me at all." Crowley added.
Isabella sat down on the bed again, and motioned for everyone else to do the same. They hesitantly sat, the Winchesters and Crowley eyeing each other up. "Okay, stay civil. Now, what have you all been doing? And what did you all do to get me back? And don't lie to me." Isabella's tone was stern. Everyone suddenly became very interested in the bed spread, and she cleared her throat, glaring at them all. Sam was the first to break, and he told her everything. "So, we went and stopped hunting, and instead tracked down different angels, trying to convince them to help us. We tried to make deals, we even got Cas on board, but he didn't manage to get to you for a long time. We have been trying everything from Heaven and Hell. Dean became mad, killing anyone who wouldn't help us. He was so angry. And Crowley, he sent demons to try and find angels, all to get you back. We all worked together. I know sometimes you feel insignificant, or like you don't matter. But its not true. Because to the people in this room, there is no one more important." Isabella started to cry, and Sam started to apologize but Belle stopped him, smiling. "Thank you Sam. And to all of you. Its thanks to you that I am here, and alive again. So I don't think that a simple thank you is enough, but its all I can give you right now."
That night they all went out together for dinner, even Crowley. They laughed and joked, and Dylan stayed at home, with strict instructions not to eat or hurt anyone. They all had Isabella's favorite, and talked and laughed. Isabella spoke a little about Heaven, but everyone sensed that it was a touchy subject. Instead, she caught up with all of the nerdy gossip with Sam and Dean, finding out which movies had come out (yesss she was going to see Divergent!), what the latest books were (There was a new book called Girl Online that is popular), and the best TV shows (Apparently Game Of Thrones was big... whatever that is...). They stayed at the diner until it closed, and then they wandered back to the motel together. At that moment, Crowley decided he had had enough with the Winchesters and took his leave back to Hell. Sam went to get a second room, and Dean and Isabella wandered over to their room, with his arm around her. Belle started to cry again, and in a soft voice Dean said "Hey, hey, you okay? Why are you crying baby?" Isabella smiled through her tears and said "I have always been a bit of an outsider, even from my family. I just never thought anyone would care enough about me to try and get me back, to try and do the impossible."
Dean heard this and his heart broke. Gently, he touched her face, lifted it up, and kissed her. She melted against him, kissing him back. As they went into their room, they didn't break the kiss, instead they almost fell onto each other, desperately making up for lost time. Dean groaned against her mouth, kissing her frantically and deeply, trying to show her just how much he had missed her. And she responded in the same way, having missed him just as much, the feeling of his arms around her, the warmth of his body. And Sam came in, clearing his throat awkward, completely killing the mood. "I just need to get my stuff.." Sam said looking mortified at what he had seen. Dean grunted, looking annoyed, but you giggled, and sat down on the bed as Sam rushed out of the room, slamming the door behind him in his haste to get away. "Now, where were we?" Isabella asked. Dean smiled as he sat down next to her, and reminded her exactly were they had been.
Waking the following morning, Isabella saw that Dean was still asleep. Well, hey, she needed to have a little fun now and then, so why not have some now? She smiled, and shifted so she was sitting upright, cross legged. Dean shifted, waking slightly, noticing the absence of something. "WAKE UP YOU IDGIT COME ON HELLO DON'T IGNORE ME!" Dean was awake in an instant, jumping up, brandishing a knife, looking ready to attack someone. When he saw Isabella collapsing onto the bed, laughing loud, he put the knife down. "You are going to regret that." Dean said in a low voice. "Oh, yeah? You gonna make me?" Isabella giggled. "Yes I am" Dean said in a determined voice. He picked her up, and carried her to the door, and put her on the doorstep, locking her out. "DEAN!" Isabella yelled, causing half of the motel doors to open and look at her, Sam's included. He looked at her, in the skimpy dress she wore to bed, and she blushed. "Hi Sam..." Belle said hesitantly. "Can I come in? And possibly borrow a t-shirt?"
Sam was nice enough to even let her have a shower. She borrowed on of his many plaid t-shirts, and wandered next door, and upon finding it was open, she walked in. Dean wore pants, and was going through his things, trying to find a clean shirt. "Yeah, that really taught me a lesson, Dean." Isabella said, rolling her eyes. Dean jumped at the sound of her voice, and looked her up and down. She was still wearing Sam's shirt. Only Sam's shirt. His eyes widened slightly, and he tried to walk over to her, but she grabbed her bag, and walked out, leaving Dean wondering how he was going to convince her to wear it again. She went next door and got changed, wearing a pretty black dress, sunglasses, and flats. She didn't want to be tall today. She just wanted to be herself. Once everyone was ready, they all got into the Impala, together again, cruising the open road, with rock music on full blast.
