Crowley knew Isabella was made that moment he heard her calling him. "Hello love." Crowley began, until Isabella cut him off. A full rant came to a head as she yelled at him, tears slipping down her face. Her voice became hoarse as she continued to yell. Crowley simply stood there as he listened to her, refusing to show how her words affected him. Half an hour later, Isabella lowered her voice, pleading with him. All Crowley did was smile at her sympathetically. "What's in it for me?" He asked, and she glared at him. "You truly care for no-one but yourself." She spat at him. She spun around and stalked away, and although Isabella had lost the argument (more of a one sided conversation) it dawned on Crowley that ultimately, he had lost her in the process.
Life without Dean. Isabella's head spun as she walked down the street. The sound of cheering and laughter spilled out onto the street from various bars and restaurants. Not caring where she went, Isabella walked into a random bar, sat down and ordered herself a beer. From across the room, men eyed her up, but she ignored them all. The bartender returned with her drink, and as she got money out to pay, he stopped her and explained that someone had already paid for her. Isabella glared at the bartender "I am perfectly capable of paying for my own." Realising that being out by herself, and surrounded by people, in her current mood might not be best. She grabbed her beer, stalking out of the bar and into the night. She drank her beer as she walked, and ignored the vibrating of her phone, as it filled with concerned messages.
Sam tried yet again to call Isabella. He could tell how distraught she had been earlier. Dean was getting over it in his own way - he had gone to a bar and come back with a woman - clearly eager to move on. At Sam's surprised glance, Dean had simply muttered "it's was wrong to get attached to anyone" before asking Sam in a low growl and multiple curse words to leave. Isabella still refused to answer her phone. At 3am Sam woke up to yelling next door. Moments later, Isabella burst into the room, eyes blazing as strings of curse words described exactly who Dean was and exactly where he could go. Sam attempted to get a word in, but the killer look Belle sent in his direction told him that shutting up was the wisest option. She collapsed onto a bed, dropping the bottle she was holding onto the floor with a thud as she continued muttering until her words slowed to a stop. The silence settled across the room as Sam drifted back to sleep.
Dean drowsily woke the next morning. Feeling the person next to him shift, he murmured "Morning sweetheart." "Morning sexy" came the reply, and Dean's eyes flew open when the voice wasn't Isabella's. The memories flooded back, the promise, the disappearing act Isabella had pulled, getting drinks, ending up back at the motel with a woman, the betrayal (and then fury) Isabella had written across her face when she found them. He winced as he remembered the yelling and curses that had filled the room, and how... Jessica? Sophia?.... had wanted to leave. Obviously she hadn't, but guilt washed over Dean as he realized exactly how much seeing him and another woman in bed together must have felt for Isabella. This was going to be awkward. After the woman had left (it had been Rachel) Dean got dressed and went out to find breakfast. After getting Isabella's favorite, he headed back to the motel. An apology on his lips, he opened the door but before he even walked in, and before he managed to say one word, Isabella had glanced up and said "I already ate." There was ice in her tone as she finished doing up her boots and walked past him, her short dress swishing around her. He watched as the sun hit her face, and she put on a pair of sunglasses. "Sam? Are you heading to the library today?" She called back as Sam trailed after her, and closed the door.
Sam noticed how Dean glared at him after she said that, and so replied "I wasn't sure..." Isabella whipped around. "Well I'm heading there later, so if you were going I wanted to meet up." Dean's glare intensified as Sam mumbled "Sure?" It did need to be done, and there was no way Dean would want to be researching for hours. Isabella strolled off, her short dress, an olive green paired with a tight red leather jacket, caught the attention of people as she went past them, causing Dean's eyes to follow her with a frown as she continued on. There was a possibility of demonic possession in town, one which was causing its victim's to go on a killing spree at public places, like a hospital and a mall. Sam decided to head to the library to check if it could be anything else, and Dean was going to the station to see if there was any clues to who the demon could currently be possessing.
Isabella strutted into the hospital, smiling at the receptionist. After asking where the head doctor was, Belle wandered through the hospital, questioning both patients and staff before 'bumping' into a handsome young doctor. After learning he had been there during the shooting, Isabella batted her eyelids as she complimented him and asked questions. After getting all the information (including personal details and his number) Isabella headed to the library to meet up with Sam. It was almost guaranteed to be a Dean-free area, something she was immensely grateful for. Stopping for lunch at a little cafe, Isabella sat and looked through her phone, deliberately ignoring the world. That is, until the sound of gunfire caught her attention. Down the main street, one of the patients she had spoken to earlier was opening gunfire on the street, causing people to drop one after the other, like flies. Belle made a quick call, filling Sam in and ignoring Sam's advice to take cover as she ran into the fray.
Sam hung up and grabbed his bag, already calling Dean. Isabella hadn't even said where she was, simply that it was the main street. After filling Dean in, inbetween Dean's cursing, Sam hung up as he burst through the library doors and ran for the main street. Hearing gunfire in the distance, and seeing where people were running from was all the information Sam needed as he ran towards it. He paused as he saw a person dressed in hospital garb reloading a gun, and down the street a figure slowly rising up. The figure confidently strode up to the shooter, as everyone else fled. Insults about him streamed from Isabella's mouth as she drew all the intention onto her. Quick as a flash she drew a knife out of her boot and threw it, before pulling out a gun and firing off a few shots. Quicker than possible, the demon caught the knife and dodged the bullets, none of the devils traps drawn on the knife or bullets reaching its mark. Isabella paled as the demon slowly smiled at her. Sam tried to reach for his weapons, but the demon flicked his hand and Sam was pinned to the wall, unable to move.
Dean ran onto the main street just in time to see Sam being forced against a wall. "Hey!" Dean called, and just as quick he too was pinned. Isabella turned around to look at him before returning to face the demon. In a low voice, Isabella said something which caused the demon to laugh. "You are all I need." The demon said, before multiple shots rang out across the street. The only sound was of Isabella's body hitting the ground with a soft thud as blood pooled around her. The demon walked over to her as Dean watched, helpless, as they were both transported away. The invisible force holding him vanished, causing Dean to collapse on the ground. Reality came crashing down as he realized Isabella was truly gone. Sam ran over to him, noting the minor bruises before Dean brushed him away. Sams words rang hollow in his ears as Dean knelt there. Crowley finally had everything he wanted.
