Chapter two; part two.

--------

The only sound I'm hearing now is the music coming from the radio. Besides that, there's literally an awkward silence between us. I kept on intertwining my fingers together since I'm literally awkward right now.

"So.." He started, glancing at me for a second before locking eyes again on the road. "Who are you and what are you doing there?"

"If I can recall, didn't I ask you those questions first?" I shot back which made him roll his eyes.

"Fine, but you must answer after me." He shrug. "My name's Felix. I was there because I was searching for this particular person before I saw you. Now would you answer me?"

"Well, like I said. I'm their target, Vivian Grey. I was captured by those stupid Red Hounds whatever they're call-"

"Wait," he abruptly stops the car and turn to me with wide eyes. "You're Vivian Grey?"

"What do you think?"

He turn back to the front, this time, his face is a little calm. "Oh, I thought you're some kind of a goth or something,"

"Hey, don't judge a person by their name." I warn jokingly and he give out a chuckle as he started driving.

The silent treatment started again. This time, I started to have a really bad headache. "How far are we? Where are we going?"

"We're going to somewhere safe. Aka my house. Don't worry, we're almost there."

"Can't you drive any faster? I'm having a really bad headache and I really need a rest."

"Shit," he mumbles under his breath. "Hold on, we're almost there."

My headache is getting worse and I literally feel like collapsing inside the car. I could feel the car drifting as I close my eyes.

"We're here," he said, pushing the door open almost immediately.

I push the door by my side open as I stand up. My legs felt weak. I walk slowly in front the car to follow Felix into his house.

My eyelids started to flicker as I'm walking even more slowly and my headache's getting worse. That's when I realise that I wasn't in control of myself anymore.

One... step.. at.. a.. time...

Before I knew it, everything went black.

My eyes were wide open. I'm back in my house. All of the furniture were placed in their proper and normal place.

"VIVIAN! LET'S PLAY HIDE AND SEEK!" I heard the beautiful voice of my younger sister, the voice I hadn't heard for 7 years. I felt someone jumping onto me.

It was Melissa, my younger sister.

"Vivian, let's play hide and seek! I'm bored," she complain.

I smile. "Mel, I'm kind of bu-" Before I could finish my sentence, she jump up from my lap and run away.

"CATCH ME IF YOU CAN!" I heard her voice echoing through the vacant room.
