Alex opened one eye slowly, he was surrounded by a white aura, he noticed he was no longer in the hospital bed, but sitting one a while floor. He felt a light touch on his shoulder followed by a soft touch on his head. "Hey Champ." Tears came to Alex's eyes as he recognized the sound of the voice making that, he couldn't dare look back at the fear of his hopes dropping if it was just his imagination playing tricks on him.
Alex: W-whats your full name?
Stranger: I think you know me already.
Alex: Just say it!
Alex: Who are you?!
(The person smiled and he leaned onto his ear)
Stranger: My full name is Stephen Arnold Torres Vile.
Alex: D-dad!!!
Alex instantly turned around and hugged his Dad, crying intensively as he still couldn't believe this was possible.
Stephen: Hey bud listen.
Alex: D-dad, its really you!
Stephen: Yeah, it is.
Stephen: You've been troubled a lot lately, so I thought you'd feel a bit relieved with a familiar face to talk to.
Alex: So... This is a dream?
Stephen: That's right.
Alex: That means immediately after I wake up, you'll be gone...
Stephen: Physically, yes.
Stephen: But I'm never too far, when ever you need me, just get all thoughtful and have me in one of those thoughts.
(Stephen grabbed his son's hand)
Stephen: Sit down son, I'll be here for as long as you're asleep.
Alex: OK.
Stephen: I see you found yourself a good girl huh?
Alex: Yeah, she's really good.
Stephen: "If only you knew I know about your little games."
Stephen: How long have you been together?
Alex: Literally two days after your death.
Stephen: Well you got over me quickly.
Alex: No, I didn't, I still haven't.
(Alex lowered his head.)
Alex: I've never felt so lonesome in my entire life, moms out on business all the time now and even though I'm in this hospital bed, she refused to cone visit me.
Stephen: I see, she hasn't been a very good mother now has she?
Alex: Not at all, she recently started this way too, after about a week of me staying at Angelie's, now I'm staying there till she gets back from a trip she has God knows where.
Stephen: I wish I could say things will get better, but that'd be a lie.
Alex: What do you mean?
Stephen: Your mother will be separated from you for a while, Alex.
Alex: You came to tell me that didn't you?
Stephen: That and I wanted to see how my little boy grew up to be the intelligent man you are now.
Alex: I felt like seeing my old man too.
Alex: Could we, umm, not talk about any of that dad?
Stephen: You rejected this conversation with Angelie's mother too, what's in your head son?
