Alternative ending

Me: hi guys!
Maybe some of you was confused why I made an additional update again of my story.
This story is dedicated to my friend gemma because she told me after reading the story that I was a bitter person because all of my characters died.

So I made an alternative ending to save one of the character.

Kate pov

I heard loud noises from the other room but I don't know what's happening inside.

I stuck myself at the corner of the room and just closed my ears with my hands.

After awhile silence filled the next room.

My heart was beating like a drum given by the commotion I heard earlier and now I have a bad feeling about this.

I jumped like a scared cat from my area when I saw Dave rushing towards me with a develish eyes and a menacing smile that made my skin hair stands in ovation to welcome the incoming psycho boyfriend of mine towards me.

His cream T-shirt changed it's color into red.

That red shades was bloods.

" get away from me ",I yelled at him and moved my body away from him just like we're just playing tug of war.

" you whore!, Dave shouted back at me, " come here right now or else you will regret what will happen next.

I don't have the courage to fight back anymore.

His sharp blade was like commanding me to behave right now.

" come closer....now!!!!!Dave commanded me with full of madness.

I accepted his order.

I moved closer.

He grab my arms tightly that his fingermarks almost visible on my skin.

I cried in pain.
He pushed me down the bed like a rugdoll.

He stripped my clothes.
He kissed me without passion.

I just closed my eyes and accepted all the thrusting,bites and pain he's doing on my body.
I felt numb right now.
I just hope that this terror attacks will end soon.

I can go home safely to my parents.
Eat delicious food with my mom and dad,seing them smiled at me,our house will be a big happy family when I got my own children and to have a good and lovable husband someday.

I thought that he would be my perfect husband someday but I am wrong.
He was out of his mind as if he's been possesed by a demon.

He's about to enter on my private part when he suddenly spit bloods directly on my face.

My face was in horror and was disgusted to the blood that almost covered my eyes.

I pushed him and he fell down losing blood from his body.

He's coughing of blood from his mouth.

When I realized who was the person that stabbed Dave at the back my body froze in shock,same as my mouth.

My body was trembling ,my mind was a mess,I couldnt think on something.
I can't talk anymore.

Deep inside I wanted to ask my best friend why? How? When?
She betrayed me.

Chloe was one of them.I couldn't imagine she can be as cruel like them.

" clll..oo.eee..I'm speechless anymore,I can't say any words exactly.

" I'm so sorry Kate! They used me and your safe now, Chloe's cracked voice reminded me that day she called me before I was kidnnaped the next morning.

I wanted to tell her something but she quickly stuck the knife straight to her heart.

" sorry Kate, was the last word I heard from Chloe before she lost her breath to live.

I crouch down and checked on Chloe's pulse,no tension...she's really dead.

Dave was also lying on the floor,soaked with blood and lifeless.

All of the special people around me was gone but this is not the end of my life for me.

I have two more people that loved and cared for me since I was young and they are my parents.

God gave me a second life so I have to be strong and come back to my family.

I run outside the door and I proceed to James room.

I saw him dead too.
Dave my boyfriend ,his stepbrother killed him.

I checked on Chloe's bag and I found her cellphone.

I grab it and I run as fast as I can until I reached the exit way of the basement.

I quickly dialled my parents number and my mom instantly picked my call.

Then before the day ends I was rescued by the police team and was brought back to my parents.

They welcomed me with tears of joy.
I cried on my moms shoulder.
I let go everything I have hide for the past few days.

I was save and my bright future is waiting for me.

One year later

" mom ,dad

let's go I'm late on my flight!

I'm super excited to work abroad.

Finally they gave me a second chance to work on the company I had applied one year ago.

My bittersweet past was already forgotten.

Yesterday I visited on my best friends grave one last time.
I know that Chloe was very happy to see me making my dreams into reality.

My dad and mom dropped me on the airport.
We said goodbyes to each other and made a group hug one last time.
