I Need You

Chapter 4

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" my family all yelled. I sat up in my bed as I smiled and saw dad holding a stack of pancakes with a candle on it.

"We made you pancakes" dad said while he placed it on my lap.

"Make a wish sis" my little brother said. I wish for a good birthday and I blew out the candle.

"Hurry up and eat you still have to get ready and James is coming to take you to school and pick you up as we have to set up aswell" mum said. I nodded and thanked them as they walked out and I ate my breakfast. When I finished I walked to the kitchen and put the dishes in the sink before I went back to my room and decided to get ready for school. When I was almost done and I was packing my bag I heard a car beep as I smiled and swung my bag over my shoulder.

"That's James I'll see you this afternoon" I said. I walked out of the house and saw James's bmw.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BITCH" James yelled out his window. I walked down to the car laughing as I opened the back door and hopped in.

"Thanks manwhore" I said. Yeah James and I have a weird friendship but we are weird so who really cares it makes it funny and it's who we are.

"Happy birthday Melody" Nathan said as he turned around to look at me as I did up my seat belt.

"Thanks" I replied. James drove off us off to school. It wasn't a long drive since my house wasn't that far from school. James parked his car and we all hopped out when I tumbled back as someone jumped on me and was squeezing me to death.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" Daisey screamed in my ear. I laughed as she moved away from the hug and I thanked her.

"Happy birthday" Jason said smiling.

"Thanks bud" I replied. The bell rung and we all parted and walked off to our classes well here goes a whole day of people saying 'happy birthday'.

There has been so many people come up and say happy birthday it's crazy if I was counting I would be lost with how many I had. Even at lunch people where coming up to our group to say happy birthday it was weird. Class after that wasn't as bad but in dance my dance teacher said happy birthday and she made the whole class sing happy birthday to me it was funny. It was the end of the day and I was waiting at James car for him and Nathan while everyone else was going home.

"Hey birthday girl" I heard James say. I looked to see him and Nathan walking towards me.

"Hey" I said. Once they reached the car James unlocked it and we all hopped in before he started his car and we drove off to my house. I looked next to me to see a pile of clothes which are probably theirs since they aren't going home. We soon pulled up to my house and all hopped out as I unlocked the door and we all walking inside as my little brother came running at me.

"Happy birfday" he said. I picked him up and smiled.

"Thanks little man" I said. I looked to see my parents walk in.

"Ready for your birthday?" Dad asked. I nodded and we began to set up. All the boys where cleaning out the living room and I was helping mum in the kitchen making food which was mostly finger food and junk food. For my birthday I was only having a few friends sleepover with alcohol and just a few balloons I didn't want a big party.

Once everything was done and we had finished it was time to get ready. I went into my room and got changed into black denim shorts and a white top as I added a little make up and did my hair nice. I walked back into the kitchen to see everyone else there as we heard a knock at the door.
