We made our way inside the house to see all these different people drinking, some making out, some leaning on this and some sitting down. We walked through the loud music as James grabbed my hand and led me into the kitchen when i fslt my heart stop. There right infront of me was Nathan talkimg to who i assume was Jennifer. I felt my eyes water up just being able to see him again in person i couldn't help myself i ran up smd wrapped my warms around me as my nose filled up with his cologne and i felt the tears fall.

"Wow whay do you th-" i heard Nathan said before he turned to see me looking up at him as he turned around with shock all over his face.

"Melody James" he said looking up at James and down at me as i nodded and he wipped my tears.

"You guys came all the way" he said as i nodded still with my arms around him.

"It was all James" i admited to Nathan.

"Bro i don't know how to thank you this is the best thing ever oh my god" he said as James came so we were in a group hug.

"What can i say we missed you now lets go enjoy your birthday" james yelled walking to the alcohol as Nathan picked me up and spun me around before pullimg me close to him when we heard a cough and we both looked to see a older couple.

"Oh Jennifer Paul this is my girlfriend Melody" Nathan said as smiled and shook their hands.

"Hi its a pleasure to meet you" i said as they smiled back.

"The pleasure is all ours and we habe heard a lot about you all good things" Jennifer said as i smiled.

"Come on i have people i want you to meet" nathan said taking me away before i could say anything. We walked through people as i grabbed some drinks. We came to a group of people standing near a massive flat screen and Nathan had his arm around my waist.

"Guys i want you to meet my girlfriend Melody" he said as they all looked at me and i took another drink and smiled.

"Hi" i said as they said hi back.

"Thought she was in Australia?" One of them asked.

"Her and my other friend flew here" he replied and speeking of James i had to check on him.

"Im gonna go quickly check on James I'll be back" i repliedgiving him a peck on the cheek before walkimg through the people i came to the drink table and took another drink. I looked around till i found him talking to Jennifer and Paul out the back and i didnt want to disturbe them so i went back to Nathan and grabbed another drink.

"BBBBAAAAABBBYYYYY" I yelled which cause him and everyone around me to look my way.

"You need to open my present for you" i replied handing him his present and taking another sip as he looked at me and smiled.

"You didnt have to babe" he replied as i shhed him.

"Open it" i replied and he did i watched as he pulled out a photo of a car he always wanted from back home and on the back said go talk to James amd he looked at me confused.

"I don't understand?" He asked as i grabbed his hand and walked us over to James, Jennifer and Paul.

"James do you have the present?" Nathan asked.

"We will let you guys tell him" his adoptive parents said as Nathan looked more confused.

"Tell me what?" Nathan asked.

"Your aloud to come home and live in Australia" James smiled as Nathans jaw dropped.

"Are you serious?" He asked and everyone nodded as he smiled so big and gave everyone a hug and said thankyou before he got to me and planted his lips on mine. I missed this feeling and i pulled his head closer wantimg more and not to stop his hands went to my waidt and pulled me closer to him as we made out for what felt like ages. We broke away resting our forheads on each other breathing.

"See i told you also remember tje photo of the car?" I asked him smilimg.

"Yeah?"he asked.

"Thays your birthday present from me back home its in James's driveway" i replied as his eyes went wide and he looked at me.

"Are you being serious like 100%?" He asked and i nodded and laughed.

"No way" he replied.

"Yes way" i replied as he pulled me into a hug and kissed me a lot.

"Your the best girlfriend ever oh my god i love you so much" he said in between kisses as i laughed.

"I love you too and your welcome" i replied as we went and enjoyed the rest of his birthday. Life was perfect right now. We were all having fun dancing to music before Nathan took me up stairs and we walked out to his balcony as i leaned my head on his shoulder.

"I guess you needed me and i needed you" he said resting his head on mine and wrapping his arm around me.

"I guess so" i smiled this was my new family now and i couldn't ask for better people in my life. I looked out to the dark filled with lights brighting the sky and the warmth of Nathan who knew falling for the exchange student would change my life.

Sorry this was a crappy ending I've just had trouble trying to find a good way to end it and I've been really busy with school and work and other things that it has been really hard to update.
