" John! Your crazy!" Desmond smiled.

Sapphire sighed looking at the party they were having after reaching a new state and listening to the radio. She sighed seeing them dance and wanted peace and quiet for once.

" I am going to go calm down near the lake." Sapphire growled.

John sighed and walked over grabbing her shoulder as she stood up," You will be careful?"

Sapphire growled remembering her father," Why do you care?" She sighed regretting what she said.

John sighed," I.. I." He whispered looking in her eyes and she looked in his frowning. " I want you to be careful. "

Sapphire blushed and growled as she pushed him away," I can handle myself." Even though she loved him she hated saying this to him.

John sighed watched her leave as she heard a call from Desmond and Andrew," Rejected!" They were being sarcastic.

Sapphire yelled from the trees," SHUT UP!!"

She heard John comment back as she glanced at her swords as she walks away," You guys don't want me to tell someone you like." He was being sarcastic as the party continued.

Sapphire started to run, faster and faster, farther and farther away from them. She hated what she just did to her friends. She stopped near a bunch of trees and yelled grabbing her sword hitting a nearby tree again and again. She lost sight of the ground and wanted to bring the tree down to the ground. She kept hitting it seeing her blade sharpened as the tree was about to fall. She pulled out her other sword and started hitting the tree. She growled loud and kept at it as she thought out loud muttering.

" Your only a girl, your only a 12 year old. You can't hurt me! You are stupid! Die Sapphire die! Why can't you leave? What did I ever do to you? This is all your fault! I want you to run ! Fast away from him! He will get you too! I love you! He is the reason I'm here! They all are! This is why I almost killed people! All your fault!"

The tree separated from its roots falling down. She growled and looked at what she did. She growled and hit another tree .

" Your stupid father didn't make you do all this! Yeah, so? He made me flee my own house! Your mother dying did! I didn't want to stay in the presence of my dead mother when my father could have killed me! He might be looking after you now! Can't you see? He is going to kill me next! Your crazy Sapphire! Crazy! But You don't understand, no one does."

She hit the tree one last time making it fall sideways. Moving onto another tree she growled.

" But guess what ?" She hit the tree. "What?" She hit the tree harder. " They all blame you!" She hit the tree even harder. " That's right! They all hate you!" She hit the tree harder. She growled going all the way back getting ready for the final blow. " They all will laugh when I prove myself!" She felt something hit her arm as she yelled loudly in pain and clutched her arm.

She heard a laugh as she turned around to see her father cock his gun then aim it at her," Oh, I won't miss next time." He shot fast but Sapphire dodged as the bullet hit another tree. She glared at him.

She growled," Why now? Can't you just leave me alone?! I'll kill you right now!"

He smirked ," I really doubt that." He shot again and she hit the bullet back hard. She had meant to aim it in his arm . Instead, it hit him in the hand as he growled in pain.

She sighed tired of hitting all the trees and saw him disappear into the bushes. Should I get my friends? Lead him to them? If they will help, sure. Anything to get me away from him. She ran towards there camp both swords out, she had been very weak from carrying John all day then teaching Andrew how to drive had been tiring. She heard something then slowed thinking it was one of her friends. She took a deep breath and held it as she felt a cloth cover her mouth and nose. Sapphire's arms were being held behind her back so she couldn't hurt the person attacking her. She didn't know if it was a random person or not. She felt a scrape of metal on her arm making a cut deep as she bled. She gasped in pain feeling almost ready to faint. Sapphire was getting beat up and was continuously getting tired and weak. She elbowed the person in the stomach and stepped forward feeling one of her swords getting pulled from Sapphire's hand . She turned to see her father and she growled breathing in fresh air. Feeling better than she had been. She sighed and looked at him.
