It was nice to have Jack here with me, I needed him more then ever right now. We were sprawled out on the couch in our pajamas eating popcorn and watching home alone when Jack turned off the tv.
"What's going on with you and Rian?" Jack asked I looked at him and began to cry.
"He was right, Jack didn't really love me he cheated on me and we broke it off," I mumbled.
"That ass! How dare he do that to you! You deserve so much better!" Jack said aggressively as he smashed his fist down on the coffee table.
"Thanks jack-o," I said as he hugged me close.
"So umm what about Rian?" His face lit up slightly.
"I need time, but maybe when I've had enough we can try," I told him and before I finished he had pulled out his phone. In a matter of minutes Alex and Zack were over an all gossiping about Rian and I maybe giving it a go.
"Guys don't pressure them into anything. I mean I want it as much as you guys do but we can't push," Zack said as he placed his arm around my shoulder. "But Av please give him a chance all he does is talk about you." I let out a little laugh and then turned to them all.
"Of course I will give him a chance..." I Said. "I mean I love him." A few ooo’s floated through the air making me blush and then my phone started to ring.
“Hello?” I asked as I heard heavy breathing on the other line.
“Av, I know you said you needed time but time scares me...I’ve been waiting for so long,” Rian said I could feel tension in his voice.
“Rian, time scares me to,” I walked out onto the patio so the guys would stop eavesdropping.
“Go on a date with me tonight, let’s forget everything up until this moment every mistaken relationship that kept us apart. Please Avery I’m tired of not being able to show that I love you,” I was silent as the words sunk in. Maybe I was scared that because we finally got our chance we would mess it up but all I knew now was that I needed to try.
“I’ll see you at 7:00.” and then I hung up walking back into the living room 3 pairs of hopeful eyes staring at me.
“We umm are going on a date tonight...”I said quietly.
“Great!” Alex said excitedly dragging me to my room to get ready. The time until seven flew by and before I knew it there was a small knock on the door.
“Hi,” I said upon answering it but pausing abruptly when I saw Alicia standing where Rian should be.
“We need to talk,” she said harshly.
