Avery
The last bell rang, causing everyone to be excited.
Me and the girls all had algebra together, so we all walked out of the classroom together.
"I'll see you guys tomorrow". Beverly waved, as she walked down the hallway.
We all waved back at her, as she disappeared into the crowd.
I made my way to my locker, and grabbed my homework out of it.
First day of school, and I already had homework... Great.
I shoved my binders into my backpack, and slung my bag over my shoulder.
"I'll see you guys around". I say to Jordyn and Dylan.
They both gave me a smile, before I walked off.
I walked back to my place, with my earbuds in my ears, playing What do you mean by Justin Bieber.
I kicked the pebbles on the sidewalk, until I reached my house.
The driveway was empty when I arrived, meaning that no one was home.
Noah was in his driveway, shooting hoops with his basketball.
"Hey Noah". I smiled, as I took out my earbuds.
He looked over at me, and ran his fingers through his sweaty brown hair.
He waved back at me, and ran to my side.
"How was your first day of school?" He asked, propping his basketball between his arm and his hip. His voice was husky, and out of breath, which sounded terribly sexy.
"Good". I smiled, pulling out my house key.
"That's good". He says. "I'm sorry I ran away from you when we got there. I kind of got sidetracked".
I inserted the key into the key slot. "That's okay. Cameron helped me get my stuff". I replied.
The corners of his lip curved, creating a small grin. "Really? I didn't know Cam can be so nice".
I chuckled.
"He really doesn't do that kind of stuff".
I shrugged. "Well.. I guess he changed".
I put my back against the door, with my hand on the handle.
"Hey". Noah says. "We should hang out sometime".
I gave him a smile, and a nod. "We should".
His smile widened, showing off his amazingly perfect teeth.
"Well... I have to go do some homework right now. I'll see you tomorrow". I say, opening the door.
"Okay".
I walked inside, with my back still touching the door.
"I'll text you maybe tonight".
I nodded my head, before shutting the door.
I slipped my shoes off, and made my way upstairs to my room.
My room was boiling hot, so I decided to open some windows.

FanfictionTurns out "I love you" was all just a game. [ the beginning of this story is very cheesy & cliché; a little cringy too, and it needs major editing! If some parts are messed up, it's due to my editing and I apologize]
