I turned my head and there stood with her herd of sheep was Melissa.

"Hi, Zayn" she said making sure she got my attention, I noticed lillie look down at her drink avoiding eye contact with Melissa. This night was going so well.

"Hey Melissa what are you doing here?" i asked

"well we aren’t all superstars but we can get VIP" she said just bragging for no reason.

"oh and who's this?" she asked knowing to well it was Lillie and just wanted to cause an argument.

"Hey Melissa" said lillie trying to avoid conflict.

"well isnt it a surprise to see you two together, I never thought you had gotten over me Zayn especially after those texts you sent me last week" I hated her lies and the way she thought everyone would drop what their doing for her.

"you know thats not true Melissa why cause trouble me and lil are just out for a social drink" I stated defending our status that was just friends at the moment.

"well thats not what ive heard" said Melissa giving the girls around her a crazed look.

"why what have you heard" said lillie pipping up,

"oh we touching a raw subject" said Melissa edgeing close to the table and lillie being too intimidating for my liking.

"look Melissa" i said rising up above her "i know what your trying to do and its no going to work so if you could please leave now before i have you escorted out that would be great" i said gritting my teeth as i tried to stay as calm as possible.

"okay we were leaving anyway, but one last thing" she said as she leant down close to lillie's range of hearing "i wouldn't trust everyone you are around as some may not be what they seem" and she clicked her fingers and her little gang followed behind her and out the club.

"am sorry for all that she has never done anything like that, it wont happen again its-" i was cut in by lillie giving me a hug from the side.

"that was sweet of you to stand up to her like that" she said and shuffled out the booth "ill be back in 2 minutes just get me another drink please, a strong one" I felt good about what i had done now that it had had a positive effect on lil and we looked to be heading in the right direction after all.

Lillie's P.O.V

I headed outside to find liv, i needed to talk to her about what has just happened and how i was suddenly feeling. When i reached outside i found liv and harry talking to the doorman laughing about something.

"sorry to interrupt you but could i have a word with liv" i said disturbing their conversation.

"yeah am going back inside now" said harry picking his drink off the floor and walking back inside, i pulled on liv's arm guiding her round the corner.

"did my eyes deceive me or have i just seen Melissa walk out this club?" she asked coincidentally.

"that's what i need to talk to you about. Me and Zayn have just been sat there talking when her big loud mouth distracted us, she then tried to wind me up and intimidate me" i said explaining what happened "and then i got this feeling" liv raised her eyebrow a me.

"she was being really intimidating and controlling towards me but Zayn stood up and told her where to go" i said not explaining what i felt properly.

"and..." said Liv gesturing with her hands to carry on.

"i felt something strange for Zayn like i wanted him to be mine and for me to be his and that we were actually dating although were not" i said trying to make it as uncomplicated as possible but it was hard.
