Nancy arrived at about 5:15 with the girls. "The roads are terrible" Greg said as he walked in with her. "I bet they are" Jimmy said as he took the overnight bag from him. "Hello again, Stevie" Nancy said as she saw me. "Hey! How are you?" I asked as I got up from the couch. "Sorry, I didn't really get dressed up" I said as I hugged her. "Its fine, I don't expect you to get dressed up for me" she said. I shrugged. "Okay, Winnie took a nap on the way here so she's pretty awake and Franny is pretty jumpy, too" Nancy said. "Gotcha" Jimmy said. "Greg and I are heading up to the Hamptons house so we'll be there if you need anything" she said as she moved towards Greg. "It's real nice house, Fallon" Greg said. Jimmy rolled his eyes. "I know, it's my house, I just let Nancy use it whenever she wants" Jimmy said with an annoyed tone. Greg chuckled and smirked. "You're a great interior designer, man." Greg said patting Jimmy's shoulder. "I didn't design the- just forget it" Jimmy said. "Well, we better get going. The roads are only gonna get worse" Nancy said breaking the tension. "Daddy!" Winnie said as she grabbed her pink backpack. "What baby?" He said. "I want milk" she said. "Okay, hold on" he said as he picked up Franny from falling down a small flight of stairs in the living room. "You sure you got this, Fallon?" Greg asked. "Seriously? I'm their dad" Jimmy said as he carried Franny to the couch. "Whatever man, whatever. Let's go nance" he said as he motioned to go. "Alrighty, bye baby" she said to Winnie and hugged and kissed her. "Bye mommy! Bye Greg!" She said in a little voice. She then kissed Frannys head. "Bye little one" she said. "Bye bye" Franny said back. "Bye princesses" Greg said kissing me both their heads. "Alright, leave" Jimmy said opening the door. Greg rolled his eyes and walked out. "Thanks" he said to Jimmy before leaving. Jimmy nodded. "Bye Jim" Nancy said as she walked out. "Bye Stevie" she said and then left. Jimmy closed the door behind them. "Ugh" he said. "I hate him" he said. I laughed and sat on the couch next to Winnie. "Hi!" She said with her delicate voice. "Hi Winnie, how are you?" I asked her with a warm smile. "Good! I'm really excited for Christmas. Do you wanna know what I want?" She asked. "Tell me" I said back. "Well......I want a Giraffe!" She squealed with happiness. "A giraffe?!" I exclaimed. She nodded and smiled. "She's got a thing for giraffes" Jimmy said as he unpacked her bag. "Now Winnie we talked about this, we can't take giraffes away from the zoo. They'll miss their family and friends. And plus, a giraffe won't fit in here" Jimmy said to Winnie. "It can at mommy's house!" She protested. Jimmy rolls his eyes. "No giraffes" he said. Winnie frowned. "I want milk!" She whined. "Okay, I'll be right back" he said as he walked into the kitchen. "So, how old are you?" Winnie asked randomly. I raised my eyebrows in shock. "I'm young" I replied awkwardly. "Obviously, you look 15" Winnie said. I scuffed and laughed. Cool. "Winnie, why don't we pop in a movie for you" Jimmy said as he walked back in handing Winnie her milk. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the glass from him. "Okay, Frozen please" she said after she took and sip of milk. "You're really pretty for 15" she said right before she lied down on the couch. I smiled. "Thanks" I just said.
