*Killian's POV*

Just like that the footprints in the snow were gone.

"EMMA!" I yelled, just trying to find my love I've longed to see. Everything was still and quiet. I continued walking in a strait line from where her last footprints were. "Emma!?" I called out again, but instead of an answer I hear sobbing. I see her golden hair behind a log. Her skin is no longer pierced with crystals, her lips were their normal pink and not the blood red, and instead of the tight leather, she wore a dress as white as the snow on the ground. "Emma." I say as a sigh of relief.

"I'm a monster." She whispered.

"No you are not." Is all I can simply say.

"Killian, I killed a man, I said all of those horrible things to you. I can't forgive myself." She says.

"I can." I pause, "Emma, none of that was you, it was the darkness."

"It was still me, I was in control." She replies as she puts her head in her knees.

"That you didn't know any better. But you do. Emma it's time to stop hiding and come home." She looks at me. Her eyes still watery, but she manages to give me the smile I've waited a long time to see. Not the one full of dark hatred, but the one filled with love. She stands up and walks over to me, and as soon as she reaches me, she hugs me. I put my arms around her. Holding her tight in my arms never wanting to let her go, again.

"Let's go home." She whispers in my ear.
