Chapter 15: Bad luck Sara

Sara's pov

I walked to school the next morning, ditching Jonathan on propose sending him a message that I had to be extra early at school. He bought it and took the bus to school without stopping by the bus stop, as has been our routine.

I walked completely bothered with the messed up plan Jake is making. Why would he go out with another girl just after he broke up with Keithlin? And Rachel, for that matter.

When I get to school, the first thing I'm asking Hunter is that. If he doesn't have a coherent answer, I'm punching Jake hard so he comes to his senses. Like I said before, doesn't he realize that he would be hurting Keithlin? If he truly loved her, he wouldn't be pulling this stunt.

I saw the school from a distance and sighed. Not only do I have to deal with the Keithlin and Jake problem, I have to deal with my own. Jonathan is so oblivious to what's going on with my feelings that he would jump in the arms of a bully.

I'm glad for him, though. It's the first time he attracts that much attention from girls. He became a magnet. Popular.

But since this attention is new to him, he won't know how to control it.

It's like-- A pet! If you've never had a pet before, and you get one, how will you know when to feed it or to take it out side? It's like, 'ok, feed the fish twice a day'. Then you forget about him and then BAM! It's dead.

Ok, sorry. Out of topic.

I shook my head clearing those thoughts. As a friend, I will advise him to stay away from that type of girl. The bb's. AKA, bimbos.

If he doesn't? Let's just say, I would be heart broken. Not only will he be hurting my feelings, but he would not be taking an advise from a friend.

His first and extremely infatuated crushing friend, may I add.

I walked the rest of the way with a skip to my step, because of this I stepped in a puddle making my jeans wet 'till my knees. And since I had sandals, now my feet are wet.

I cursed loudly. "Oh, snickerdoodles!"

I earned weird looks from strangers.

I mentally cursed again and walked normally. Sara, be normal. Act normal.

Every time I took a step it squeaked.

*Squeak*

*Squeak*

*Squeak*

*Squeak*

*Squeak*

Ugh.

I crossed the parking lot making the squeaky sound while everyone looked around trying to find the source.

I maneuvered inside and reached my locker. I put my useless books inside, excluding Math; which was still useless but had to take it anyways. Just as this thought crossed my mind, the Math book fell on my foot.

I let out a pained moan. Good thing the hallways were empty. "Really?!"

This is just great. First a puddle, now a fracture on my foot! Yes it's exaggeration, but still. If I knew better, today would be would be the meaning of frustrating.

I took out a sketch book and headed to the back of the school. I didn't come face to face with any of my friends, so I didn't have a choice but to entertain myself.
