Emily Pov

I was walking down the street since my grandma actually took away all the cars i have. She left my bike only, awesome huh?

i walk pass by my old apartment since that's the fastest way to get to the subway.

I got in the subway and it's full, like there's no space at all.
I got pushed by people and i got pushed more further inside, and i accidentally stepped on someone's feet.

Emily-"I'm sorry." I said to the person.

Voice-"It's oka-" the girl stopped talking and i realize it's none other than Aria.

Emily-"Aria?"

Aria-"Oh, hi Em." I smiled at her and she smiled back but then look away from me.
I sighs.

I got to my destination and struggling to step out, i could see Aria also trying to get out, so i grab her hand and tell her to stand behind me and i push people off of the way, and we finally got out.

Emily-"Wow. That was a workout."

Aria-"Thanks Em."

Emily-"Sure." I smile at her again and this time i could see her returning it with a sincere smile.
"Uhh, where are you going?"

Aria-"Meeting some friends. You?"

Emily-"Yeah, me too." We walk in an awkward silence.
"So, uhh. How are you? And the girls?"

Aria-"We're okay. And you?"

Emily-"I'm okay too. But life's get too complicated these days."

Aria-"Yeah, i see you haven't stop partying all night huh?" I scratch the back of my neck and let out an awkward laugh.

Emily-"Anyway, i'm gonna take a right, how about you?"

Aria-"Left."

Emily-"Okay. Take care Aria."

Aria-"You too Em. Bye."

Emily-"Bye."

We walk separately and i grab a box of cigarette from my pocket and i lit one.

She definitely hates me...

I keep walking till i get to the pub where my friends are.

Harry-"Hey, where have you been Emily?"

Emily-"I walked here. Sorry."

Candice-"You? Walk?"

Emily-"Yeah, surprise surprise!" I said sarcastically.
"I'm so thirsty right now." I said and grab a beer out of Candice's hand.

Candice-"Rude much?" And i just gave her a face.

Harry-"So Em, are you coming to the Hamptons with us this weekend?"

Emily-"Hamptons?"

Candice-"Yeah. Harry got a place in Hamptons and we all could stay there for the weekend."

Emily-"Fuck it. Count me in." I grab her beer again.

Candice-"Fucking buy it you rich bitch."

Emily-"I'm not rich. My family are."

Harry-"And only rich people say that."

Emily-"No, seriously. They took everything away from me."

Candice-"What do you mean?"

Emily-"My car, my credit card, you name it."

Harry-"Aww, poor Emily. Sorry, no pun intended." He jokes.
