Chapter 10

Simone P.O.V

"Money!" Trap screamed as he banged on the front door. Damon ran to the door trying to stop him before he woke up Mahogany. "Whats so important that you almost woke up Mahogany?" Damon snapped getting irritated. "Serenity ain't home yet" Trap asked frantically looking around. "No she's still with Mario, Anthony what's going on?" I asked Trap calling him by his government. "Mario car just got shot up, he flew over the bridge into traffic and just got hit by a semi and if Serenity not home yet... Then she was in the car too!" Trap yelled. My legs felt weak and I just collapsed. "Not my baby" I whispered as darkness came over me.

Damon P.O.V

"Let me see my daughter!" Simone screamed trying to push pass the nurse. "Simone you have to calm down! You're putting a lot of stress on those babies, if you don't settle down you can go into premature labour!" Dr. Lansing stressed as he walked in the room. As long as I can remember he's been Simone's family doctor. Simone let him lead her to a chair and she cried on his shoulder. Jeremy, Jayson, Riah and Rian came running down the hallway and straight to Simone. Then out the corner of my eye I seen the last person in the world I expected to see. April!

Before April could walk up and sour anyone's mood another doctor walked out. Me, Bonez, Korte, and Trap stood up. Trina walked up too. "I have good news and I have bad news" the doctor said. I winced, man I really hated that cliché! 'Lord I don't come to you as often as I should but please watch over Serenity and Trigg' I silently prayed. We all awaited for him to continue, hearts beating a mile a minute. "The good news is, Serenity's going to be fine the bullet just grazed her leg. On the other hand Mario was shot 17 times. We've sucessfully removed 16 of the bullets but there is one dangerously close to his heart" the doctor said putting his head down. Trina collapsed onto the floor and sobbed. Trap and Kortez helped her to her seat next to Major as everyone else followed the doctor back to Serenity's room. Simone caught a glance at April and stopped in her tracks. We all stopped to see what she was looking at. But before she could react Jayson had her hemmed to the wall by her neck. "Dad" Simone whispered weakly. Jayson loosened his grip and let April fall to the floor. "I'm tired of fighting" Simone whispered looking directly at April. We all were shocked. But continued to Serenity's room, April still in tow. Serenity was fighting with the nurse about taking the pain medication. Simone rushed towards her and wrapped her arms around her. Serenity sobbed in Simone's arms. "Is my daddy okay? Tell him I'm sorry for being mean! Mommy take me to my daddy!" Serenity screamed getting worked up. Simone hugged her tighter and whispered something in her ear that calmed her down. My heart hurt, I hated seeing Serenity upset. And the fact she was now acknowledging Trigger as her daddy added salt to the wound. I walked up and she let go of Simone and hugged me tight. "Is my other daddy okay? Please take me to him" she sobbed.

Simone P.O.V

They let me, Trina, and Major take Serenity to see Mario. Trina was a wreck. The doctors told us he was alert but in a lot of pain so we couldn't stay long. Before we walked in his room I hugged Trina, "God got this" I simply whispered to her. I pushed open the door and prepared for the worst but to our surprise Mario was sitting up. Major ran to the bed side and I wheeled Serenity to the other side. Trina stood back and cried, "I'm good Trina" Mario said smiling. He tried to lift his arm but decided against it when a sharp pain shot through his arm. "I'm sorry daddy" Serenity cried. Mario's eyes lit up, "You ain't got nothing to be sorry about, daddy cool baby" Mario said.

One week later...

Bonez P.O.V

I had my lil niggas gathered around at the trap. "I want EVERYBODY with eyes and ears out on these streets! I wanna know who the fuck did that shooting" I barked as I dismissed them. So far all we knew was some niggas from the West side was behind it. Mario was out of the hospital against the doctors orders and still walking around like king Tut but with a slight limp. "I knew this shit was a bad idea!" I mumbled as I got in my car to go pick up Riah from school. Niggas on the West side were laying low, I know they're just preparing for war though! Since the accident let's just say they were disappearing and dropping like flies.

Riah got in and waved at her Lil friends. She looked over at me and smiled. "Don't be telling ya lil home girls about us!" I warned her. "I don't kiss and tell" Riah said smirking. Her and Rian were back here for the school year and then they would go permanently go stay with Jayson. But that left me with a whole school year to make my move. "You gotta go home or you hanging with me?" I asked before we pulled off. "Since Rian going over that lil Mexican house to lay up I can chill" Riah said. "Bonez, Bones!" Courtney, a lil chick we used to flip, yelled waving me down. I stopped and Riah sucked her teeth. I smirked, I love me a jealous chick. "Wassup Court?" I asked rolling down my window. She gave me a sexy smile, "Can you drop me off at the trap?" she asked smirking at Riah. "Hop in" I said unlocking the doors. Riah mugged the fuck out of me. The ride was silent, when we got to the trap I hopped out. "Where you going?" Riah snapped. "Chill I gotta let her in, they not just gone open the door" I assured her. She sat back in her seat and pouted. "You look sexy when you pout" I said licking my lips. I knocked twice and they opened up. "Don't be over here long, they got business" I said knowing all the lil homies was gone train her and kick her to the curb. I got back to the car and Riah was still frowning. I grabbed her face and turned her towards me sticking my tongue down her throat. Riah kissed me back as our tongues fought for dominance. I pulled away leaving her winded. "Don't start nothing you can't finish!" Riah snapped catching her breath. I smirked and sped home.

"B-B-Bonez I can't take it" Riah moaned as I slammed into her from behind. "Stop running" I grunted gripping her waist. This was definitely long over due! "Let me know before you cum" I groaned. Riah was whimpering and she put her hands on my torso to slow me down. I noticed she kept running so I flipped her over and got on top. "You okay?" I asked before I slid back in. Riah nodded and lifted her hips making me go deeper. "Damn girl!" I grunted. I couldn't hold it any longer so I just came inside of her. I rolled over and looked at the ceiling. Our chests heaved up and down simultaneously as we struggled to catch our breaths. Riah attempted to get out of bed but her legs gave out. I jumped out the bed and caught her before she fell. "That's one of the effects of messing with a real nigga!" I said helping her back in the bed. I went in the bathroom and got myself together, then i grabbed a new wash cloth and wet it for Riah. I came out the bathroom and she was already sleep. I smiled and cleaned her up and put on her clothes when i got done. I know she young but its some about her i just can't shake. I laid next to her and snuggled close, I soon drifted off right along with her.

"Bonez wake up!" Riah said shaking me frantically. "What?" I asked hopping up. "Its 10, I was supposed to been home! Simone gone spazz the fuck out if I don't get home NOW!" she said walking with a serious limp. I smiled and hoped up. On our way we saw Courtney walking, I pulled over and told her to hop in. "Why you out so late?" I asked. Riah rolled her eyes. "Lost track of time fooling with Trap!" she huffed. "The nigga couldn't even take you home? Its kinda late for you to be walking and then by yourself at that" I said shaking my head. "He said some about having to go do some important. All I know is my mom about to kill me!" Courtney groaned. "My sister gone murder me" Riah mumbled speaking up for the first time. "What if I told her we were together, you think your sister would call my mom and vouch for me?" Courtney asked. Riah shrugged, "Could work" she said. At that moment little did they know but a friendship formed.
