Chapter 16:

I feel light reflecting into my eyelids, and being a light sleeper, I open my eyes.

I open my eyes and I see a knife pointed inches away from my neck.

I hear a scream.

I think it was from me.

I feel the point of it jab at my neck.

Pain gushes from my neck.

Something warm.

Something red.

Everything goes black.
