We went back to Manila as if nothing happened between us, it was the second time that we did it. We both agree that we should just stay it that way, just friends. Friends with benefits. Actually mas okay nga sa akin yun walang commitment at the same time kaibigan ko pa rin sya. Sa ilang linggo ko na nakasama si Trigger, nalaman kong mabait naman pala sya, gentleman though sa kama minsan hindi, sweet din at caring. We both don't want to invest deeper feelings and be attached to it. We just wanted to go with the flow.

Malapit na akong mag-out sa office ng makatanggap ako ng text galing kay Trigger.

Trigger: Finished with work? Let's eat dinner together?

Napangiti ako. Then I replied. Sure, pick up by 5pm. Pag hindi busy si Trigger sa business nya sinusundo nya ako from work tapos magyayaya kumain. Independent kasi si Trigger, ang parents nya ay sa states na nakatira at solong anak naman sya. After few minutes kinuha ko na ang mga gamit ko para bumaba muntik pa akong matumba dahil nabangga ako nung nagmamadaling lalake from accounting department. Paglabas ko ng elevator nakita ko na agad si Trigger sa waiting area, halatang iniintay nya ako dahil sa may elevator sya nakatingin kaya nilapitan ko agad sya, hinalikan naman nya ako sa pisngi. Nasanay na rin ako kay Trigger.

"Let's go?" he asked and get my things but I immediately stop him.

"Ako Trigger, kaya ko naman. Tara" sabi ko kay Trigger at giniya na sya palabas ng building para sumakay sa kotse nya na nakaparada sa harap. He opened the door for me first and then closes it and went around going inside the car and drive. Sa favorite restaurant nya sa QC kame pumunta at dahil inabot kame ng traffic sakto sa oras talaga ng dinner kame nakarating doon.

"How was your day?" he asked while we're eating with our dessert. I looked at him, those beautiful eyes then I replied.

"It was fine, same old routine mas nagiging busy kasi pag malapit na ang deadline. Ikaw? Kumusta yung bookstore mo?" They both love books. That's one of the things that they have in common.

"I'm planning of expanding it, mas tumataas kasi ang sales. Have you received the books I sent to you?" He likes to send books to Claire since they've become friends. He loves seeing Claire happy with books he's sending to her.

"Oo,kaso hindi ko pa natatapos basahin lahat kasi pag weekend bonding namin nila Mommy tapos minsan naman may lakad ako with friends or with you." Nakangiting sagot ni Claire.

"E di mabuti at least mapapatagal ang pagpapadala ko ng libro sa'yo, ang gastos mo kaya" birong sabi ni Trigger sa dalaga.

"Ah ganun? Sige isosoli ko na lahat ng libro na pinadala mo" sagot naman ni Claire na nakataas ang isang kilay.

"Hahaha! I'm just kidding. Just take your time reading those books then just tell me if you're already finished so I could send you again." He loves teasing me but he's really generous, I even talked to him that I should be pay those books but he refused and said that he loves pampering me and seeing me happy with books.

"Do you have plans with your officemates this weekend?" he asked but before I was able to answer it he went close to me and removes something on the side of my lips.

"Ang kalat mo talaga" pangaasar na naman ng lakake.

"So what?" mataray na sagot ni Claire pero biro lang at tumawa ulit si Trigger.

"I don't have plans this weekend. Why?" sagot ni Claire sa tanong ni Trigger.

"I'm planning of cooking something for you sa Saturday saka I'll be gone for few weeks." He said when he finished his dessert.
