Chapter Eighteen: Andy

Rikki and Lissa we're on the honeymoon me and Cole we're gonna take to Georgia, I laid on my bed in Fort Payne on C.C. and he has his arms wrapped around me as he held me he sighed "Do you think you will come to L.A again?" He asked, I smiled "I don't know. Guess we will see after Fridays game won't we?"
He looked at me confused "What?"
"I gotta play Friday, because Bo can't play coach asked me."
C.C. looked at me then grinned "Baby, that's wonderful!" He said, and kissed me, I laughed and said "Yeah, but I don't care. If we are going hunting in the morning, then we better get some sleep."
I turned off the lamp and laid down, I heard him groan "Damnit.".

We sat in the tree stand, and C.C. couldn't be quiet or still, he was scaring everything off, he grinned and kissed me in the stand, he smiled and said "Your beautiful" I sighed and put my head on his arm, checking my watch I said "Its eleven in the afternoon been out here since four Am, wanna leave?" He nodded.
I climbed down the wooden old tree stand and waited on C.C. to climb down, as he did the stand broke.
"C.C. jump!" I said, and he did as it feel, he landed on the ground with a thump, and I went over, rolling him to see me. His eyes we're closed "C.C." I said, and his head had blood running down it, I looked and saw a rock where he was "Oh my God" I said, I looked around "Baby I will be back" I said, and started covering him with leaves.
"Rory! Kayden! Bo! " I cried, running in at daddy's old house, Rory and Bo looked up "Andy?"
I cried "Grandads tree stand fell, C.C. is hurt, I don't know what to do" Bo got me in a hug, and Rory said "Where is he?!"
We went down to the old tree stand, and i moved leaves off of him, he was breathing. Thats good, Rory picked up the short New Yorker, and we walked to his truck, he set C.C. in the truck bed and I got back there with him.
As we went down the road he opened his eyes and smiled when he saw me "My angel" he whispered. And closed his eyes again.
We entered the hospital and i said "His name is Bruce Johanneson-" he might kill me for using his real name- "we we're hunting and the tree stand fell with him" I said, quickly, the nurse nodded and went back for a stretcher, Rory grunted "For a small guy he weighs a ton."
I looked at Bo "Call Bret and Bobby and if you can get a hold of Rikki tell him not to rush over just after the honeymoon come." He nodded and went off, the nurse came with a doctor, as they took him back I started to follow but a nurse held me back.
"Ma'am your gonna have to stay here."
I shook my head "You don't understand he's my life, he dies I die."
Rory grabbed me as I cried and the nurse went away, I cried into his shoulder "He's everything to me" i said, and he grabbed me shushing me, my cousins have always been like brothers.
But, my C.C. means more to me.
I was in a chair sistting criss cross as Bret and Bobby entered, worried for their guitarist then looked at me "We need to cheer her up" they said, i didnt even look their way.
Just at a wall.
