Chapter Twenty-One: Liss

Rikki and I walk into CC's room a head of Andy. Upon seeing us, the arm that isn't wrapped up points at us.

"I'm touched that I worried you two so much." CC jokes, Andy is gonna be fine.

"Her idiot cousin nearly bleed out." Rikki states and CC kinda smiles.

"Sounds like fun." He laughs a bit.

I look behind us for Andy and she's no where to be found. I look up at Rikki and he nods.

"I'll be right back." I say as I walk out the door.

I find Andy sitting on the floor in a ball crying. I slide down the wall beside her and wrap my arms around her.

"Baby, don't cry. CC is okay, he's happy and laughing." I say and she looks up.

"The dumbass fell out of a tree and is laughing about it?" Andy wonders and I laugh.

"Exactly." I smile. "Everything is going to be okay."

"What if it's not?" She wonders.

"CC has a sprained arm, it could've been a lot worse but it's not. He'll be better in a couple of weeks." I explain.

"Lissa, I can't--" she starts and I stop her.

"You can't lose him, trust me, I know the feeling. Honey, I'm like the queen of that feeling." I smile. "But you aren't going to lose him, he's absolutely crazy about you."

"How do you know?" Andy wonders.

"I saw him everyday after you left. I saw the pain on his face, I saw him try to fill the void you left and it was impossible. Did you tell me one time that Rikki and I were perfect for each other?" I wonder.

"Yeah and you didn't believe me." She adds.

"That's because you can't see the masterpiece if you're in the middle of it. I'm telling you right now that CC is perfect for you." I smile as I stand up. I offer her a hand up. "Now go be with your man because I married mine."

"Okay, I'm trusting you Alyssa Swagger--I guess it's not Swagger anymore. Alyssa Rockett." I love the sound of that.

"That's all I ask, honey." I say as we open the door.

Andy starts to cry when she sees CC. She holds onto his good hand and tells him that she loves him. CC tells her the same thing over and over again. I look to Rikki, Bret, Bobby, and Luca.

"Maybe we should go outside." I suggest and they nod.

We walk back out into the hallway and Rikki kisses my forehead.

"I love you so much." He tells me before running his hand across my stomach. "I love you to."

Bobby and Bret's eyes go wide as they look at us.

"You're knocked up?" Bobby wonders and I nod.

For a brief second I forgot that a total of four people knew (including me). Bret smiles.

"Not only can he land a non blow up girl, he can marry her and get her pregnant to!" Bret beams before hugging Rikki. "Congrats man."

Bobby and Bret congratulate us and Luca does what Lucas do in the wild and watch things come together beautifully. I'm married with a baby on the way and CC and Andy are good. Luca is in his glory. The only thing that would make it better is if my brother was stripping for him.
