Until We Met (One Direction fanfic)

Prologue

Lilly's POV

I ran home from school, not looking back. Finally I'm done with that dreaded high school. You see my parents felt that I "wasn't ready" for preschool, when in fact my teachers thought I was best in the class. Ever since I've stayed back I've actually been the best student of my grade. I was actually valedictorian and gave a speech at my graduation.




I was held back, and because of that I was always bullied by those populars that made my life a living hell. They turned the whole school against me, everyone hated me. That is except for my two best friends, Caroline and Mollie. They stood by me through all the times I was tormented and bullied, and I love them for that.





Anyways, my graduation was last week but I wanted to go back for a couple of days to say goodbye to my favorite teachers and few friends that I had. We didn't have actual classes since we already graduated, by the last official day of school was today for the lower three grades. It was basically optional for us to go to school, so very few seniors actually did.




When I got home there was a note from my parents saying that they would be home late and that they love me. My parents are extremely overprotective and I can feel that they are hiding something huge from me. I have never met any of my relatives, but I only know that they live somewhere in Ireland.



I have never met them because I live in Orlando, Florida and my dad said he never got along very well with his brother. I guess I'll have to wait until my parents get home to find out what they have been hiding from me.
