Shock (Chapter 8)

Chapter 8

LILLY'S POV

I woke up because of the sunlight pouring into my room. I sighed and took my comforter off my body and stomped to close the shades. I covered my eyes since the light was stinging them.

Now my room was pitch black, so I crawled back into bed not caring about the time. Then, just as I was about to fall back asleep, I heard a loud knock on my door.

I tried to ignore it, but the person kept knocking. Before the mystery person could knock again, I opened the door.

"What do you want?" I grumbled without looking at who it was.

"I just wanted to see if you were okay, Lilly..." Niall said while rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. I sighed, looking at him I said, "I think it's best if I have an explanation before I decide if I should leave or not."

"W-what? You just got here."

"I'm sorry, but I barely know you guys, and the minute I walk in here you lie to me."

"I know, but you'll find out why soon."

"Okay, one more chance, that's all you guys have with me." I said.

"Thank you thank you thank you!" He ran up and gave me the famous Horan Hug.

"Hahaha okay Niall don't make me regret it." I pulled away with a small smile on my face.

"Don't worry, you won't. So if we need to be honest with each other, there's something I need to tell you." He looked at me saying this.

"W-what is it?" I looked at him questioningly.

"Well, there's a couple of the guys who like you, when I say like you I mean practically in love with you." He looked at me straight in the eyes.

"Wait, two?!"

"Yes, ever since they first saw you at the mall they can't stop talking about you. "

"Which ones like me?"

"That, you'll find out yourself, but one is already obvious and the other is being sort of shy. By the way Maura's making breakfast downstairs. Do you want me to bring you some or will you come down?"

"Umm, can you just bring it to me please?"

"Okay, I'll be right back!" He said, running down the stairs.

I closed my door without locking it, and sat on my bed to wait for him. I took a good look around my room and sighed. My room at home wasn't even this big.

A few minutes later, I heard a knock on my door. I didn't go up to open the door because I'm lazy and I also knew it was Niall so I didn't have to.

"Come in!" I shouted.

Then, much to my surprise I saw Liam come into my room.

"H-hi Liam, where's Niall?" I said as my face was growing red. He walked up to me and sat down.

Wow... real smooth I thought.

"Well, I just wanted to help him since Niall hasn't eaten yet. Which that's really strange, right when he wakes up, he always eats! He must really care about you. Also I wanted to see if you were okay." I noticed that his face was red too.

Does he like me? I thought, maybe he is one of the guys Niall was talking about.

"I'm better, I think it was better that I had sometime to think.... it's a lot to absorb you know what I mean." I looked straight at him.

"Honestly, I sort of don't. For us it was a lot to adjust to, but not to absorb obviously in the way you did." He said after hesitating briefly.

I smiled at him, "I get what you mean."

He smiled back and said, "I'll let you eat your breakfast, it was nice talking to you though."

"Bye Liam."

I started to eat my pancakes and bacon, and I couldn't stop thinking about Liam.

Just as I was about to finish my last bite of bacon, I heard another knock on my door. Assuming it was Niall, I opened the door not looking at who it was.

"Hi Niall, what is it?" I went back to the desk and continued to eat my bacon with my back facing the door.

"Hi love, I just wanted to see if you were okay from last night." Louis said.

"Haha I'm sorry.. I thought you were Niall." I said awkwardly avoiding his gaze.

"It's okay don't worry about it." He smiled at me.

"I'm better now, thanks for asking though." Again a blush creeped on my face.

Wait... do I like Louis too? I thought.

"No problem, I'll see you later Lilly." He turned and walked out of my room.

Now, after talking to both of them I start to think, do I like Louis or Liam more?

I just wanted to say that obviously Liam and Louis are single in this. Even though they are, I still love Danielle and Eleanor and they are perfect for Liam and Louis.

Again, I didn't check for grammar and spelling mistakes so I'm sorry if there's a lot of them.

So anyways this is the update and my next one will probably be Saturday.
