Insane (Butchercup)

Chapter One

Butch brushed his black hair back. His green eyes stared in the mirror, he couldn't stay calm. His hands gripped on the sink causing it to snapped. Butch jumped, glass shattered and he looked over at his pale hands.

He was bleeding, he couldn't bleed anyway. Butch signed and fluffed his hair. He left the glass there and walked out of the bathroom. Be walked over to his bedroom and opened his closet.

He pulled out a leather jacket and green tank top, he grabbed a pair of black skinny jeans. He slipped on his clothes and ran a hand through his hair then slipped on a green beanie. Butch sighed and slipped on a pair of green socks then his old combat boots then walked downstairs.

Butch saw his brothers sitting at the counter have a drink, Butch walked to get his weekly feeding. He sucked down the deer blood then walked over to the bathroom and brushed his teeth.

"We're heading to school!" Boomer yelled as Butch nodded to himself. He heard the door closed and he looked back in the mirror and saw his green eyes flashed to red.

"No." Butch hissed as he ran out of their shack. He started to run all the way go school, trying to chase it away. He felt the feeling coming and Butch hates that feeling. He knew that this feeling would come and go, but now it was getting stronger.

He didn't know what to do but all he know was to stay calm and just breathe. But sometimes Butch would lose it and destoy half the forest. He sighed and grabbed the steps and closed his eyes. Letting the feeling rushed off his body.

The school knew what half of them was. Vampires you can't hide it. Red eyes when blood hits their noses, their skin are pale but do not sparkle or burn just simply glow a bit. Their fangs come out as they get angry but also soul mates.

Soul mates are just like mates to werewolfs. They are your one and only. But you only get one. But for vampires it different, they keep you from going insane. They need to help you control your frenzy side. Sometimes vampire soul mates turn into vampires themselves, or they will reject them and they'll either run away or die from their vampire mate.

Butch knew that his time was almost up. It was just ticking away, after all you only get five-hundred years. Butch knew that he had four more months or he goes completely insane. But in the last months you have, you get visions, strange hunger cravings, and sometimes even start to attack your own kind.

Butch sighed and sat on the steps as the student body walked past him. He sighed and a smell hit his nose. He opened his eyes and looked around.

Green apples stuck in his nose, a warm feeling rushed over him. His hands started to shake and he looked down. He saw his tattoo on his wrist glowing and he knew that his soul mate was here.

Butch had a chance! Or did he?
