Do you ever think back to the times when your mother would kiss your scratch because it hurts? Or when your father would teach you how to play ball cause your was his star player? Even if you have older or younger siblings they always have you back no matter what. Or when you and your best friend always have each other backs. Do you know what that means?
People call it different things. Such as love, protection, adoration, and even family. But some people can't have that perfect happy family, cause a parent leaves or your siblings dislike you. Even if your best friend ditches you for someone way better. Or your mother even father ignores you for a game or just your other siblings.
It hurts. Everyone has that someone who always shows them that they care. Like your grandmother whenever you come over to her house, she feeds you, bathes you, and makes sure that you okay before sending you off towards you own home. Or you bestfriends parents who feel like your own family when you walk in their house.
Sometimes people could find them, but we chose not to. Like we all have that one thing that we dislike about us, but somehow everyone loves. Like if you over hyper and you hate it but your friends love it. Or you're not the perfect body size but everyone loves it. Or whenever you think your sound horribly there always someone who loves your voice cause it brings them happiness and such joy that they can't stop smiling.
For Butch it's Buttercup. He's been watching her lately, seeing her schedule knowing when she goes to her mothers or fathers. Knowing what scent she uses for shampooing and knowing her favorite snack.
He doesn't try to be Edward Cullen, but he ends up watching her whenever she sleeps. Cause she looks so perfect, and he just wants to grab her and yell at her that she was his soulmate but ever since his eyes flashed red Buttercup hasn't really talked to anyone lately. Besides Blossom and Bubbles, but that's it.
He knows that Mitch and her are in a major argument and everytime they see each other they want to rip off each others head off. He would chuckle from far away whenever they would throw insults at each other, because Buttercup would always make Mitch stampered with some excuse about leaving so he could think of more to throw at her.
But it jus tnot Buttercup who's ignoring people, Butch also. He hasn't spoken to his brothers since the note night, because he's been trying to figure out who left it. And seeing the vampire hunters wasn't a good sign either since they could finally end Butch.
Before Butch wouldn't mind, cause he always thought that he would never find his mate. But he would always stay for two reasons, one Brick and Boomer and two, to find his soulmate.
Butch knows that whenever the vampire hunters get into town, that all the vampires are gonna have to flee or stay hidden. But that's half the town, and this was the safest place since the Salem Witch trials in Massachusetts 1692-1693.
With Butch ignoring his brothers, they became very cruel towards Buttercup thinking she was the reason why Butch was ignoring them. But Butch would receive more and more letters from this 'M' guy and Butch has been hiding them in his dresser drawer so no one ever sees them.
But with that one death threat towards Buttercup, and many more towards Brick, since Butch knew something that he didn't. Butch intended to keep them safe since he found Boomer crying in the woods and Brick freaking out about being bitten in 1796.
Butch rubbed his eyes and sat on his bed, knowing that it was four in the morning, and Butch didn't feel like feeding even though his insane side was going crazy. Butch knew that if he didn't fed them his insane side would come sooner, but he's been so focused on finding this '&' that he didn't care if he's goes insane more and more everyday.
Butch claws gripped onto the sheets, making holes and his breathing became very uneven. His eyes shut and he finally felt his breathing calm down whenever he smelled a familiar scent. He widened his eyes and looked out the window and saw Buttercup sneaking out.
Butch narrowed his eyes and he opened his window and climbed out on the roof and he saw Buttercup running down the street, and saw Mitch's jeep at the end. He huffed and slide down the roof and landed on the ground.
He flew up and started to hide behind trees, and followed Mitch's jeep driving down the road and Butch getting angry every turn he would go. But he saw someone else was chasing them, and his eyes widened as he flew down and tackled the running figure.
The jeep stopped and Buttercup looked out the window and saw Butch baring his fangs and about to bite the figure neck, but he laughed and flipped them around, holding a stake at his neck.
"Find it funny Bitchy, why are you here? You know that you left your brothers alone and that's very dangerous." He hissed as Butch huffed and kicked off the guy, and saw Buttercup still looking. He held the back of the jeep and started to fly faster and he heard laughter and someone chasing him.
"Butch! You know that he's coming, and when he does this won't end badly for any of us!" He hissed as Butch looked back and met his gray eyes and he narrowed them and pushed the jeep before ing stopping and turning towards the gray eyes.
"Wheres his partner?" Butch asked as he glared over towards the old vampire.
"She passed,didn't you hear?" The old man asked with a dark chuckle. "There gonna hit the bridge if you don't get there soon enough." The man said as he ran away and Butch turned and saw the jeep was heading towards the water and he started to run across the street over towards them.
Butch jumped on the jeep and looked over towards Buttercup's window and grabbed her as he pulled her out and flew in the air and he saw vampire sitting in the car looking like Mitch.
"Shapeshifters." Butch muttered as he saw it crashed in the water. He looked over to Buttercup and sw her wide eyed and Butch licked his lips but stared into her eyes and she started to fall asleep and Butch flew her to her house and sat her on the bed, hoping that she'll think it was a dream, then back to his house and heard his brothers fighting about some tv show and he sighed in relief and layed on his bed, thinking about what the old vampire said.
Brick's mother couldn't really be dead? Could she? Butch thought as he looked over towards the window and stared at old tree.
