When we reached the room, the Doctor left us alone and quietly closed the door behind us, leaving us in the room all alone with the body. After a few seconds without saying anything, Kenny and Cartman stepped outside the door, leaving.

Butters's emotion-filled stare, looked down at Ike. I held a hand over my mouth, I couldn't look away. His blue eyes were shut out from the light of the world, filling his gaze with the deathly darkness. The white sheets were pulled up to the bottom of his chest, tubes sticking out of his nose and mouth, IV's draining fluid into his arms.

Butters, couldn't stop looking at him. Slowly, he reached over to touch him, it was as if he was afraid to touch him, afraid to break him out of his fragile state. He then put her hand down on top of Ike's hand, layed out sprawled to one of his sides, neatly. He laughed a little, and I looked at Butters, watching to see what he would do next.

He gripped Ike's hand and sat down in a chair next to his hospital bed, the chairs legs scraping against the linoleum floor. He leaned in closer, and I stepped close to the opposite side of Ike's bed. Not disturbing Butter's.

"Ike" he started, but backed down and hung his head down low, trying to find words to speak "You need to fight" her voice wavered, the pitch changing at every word and threatening for tears to break out inside.

"You might not be able to hear me, but your all he has left, Kyle, your older brother" he sniffled and looked down at the ground.

I arched my eyebrows and leaned over Ike's face, I gently leaned down and brushed some black hair off of his forehead and smiled. "You're all I have left Ike, you're mine now to protect" I leaned down, closing my eyes and planting a slow kiss against his pale forehead. "I love you, Ike" I whispered in a voice so soft, soft and heartwarming.
