Words
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step
Just as the joining of two hearts begins with two words
「もういかい。」
A few words can sum up an entire heart, if truth was spoken
"No one was there..." "I'm here!"
A heart is made whole when exposed to such words

Constellation
Odd how the sun and the moon balance each other so well
When they complement but rarely compliment each other
Odd how a single astronomical unit can seem so astronomical
As if they were wishing each other to reach for their hand
It seems strange that a star and satellite could feel so much like a two-pointed constellation
Almost like they were slowly melding into sameness, into starriness
Almost like they were growing together
Almost like they were meeting outstretched arms and touching hands
Finally, finally
Peculiar to think about how much it seemed that they were in love
As if a sun and moon could ever lock eyes and promise each other their everything

"Friends"
(Kageyama's POV)
We are friends, Hinata and I
Best friends
And sometimes I like to sit and watch the stars with him
Or steal a bite from his pork bun
Or ruffle his unruly orange hair
We are a pair of oni, Hinata and I
Great giants
And sometimes I like to watch him spike my tosses
Or smile wide as he makes it
Or towel off his hair after a match
We are powerful allies, Hinata and I
A force to be reckoned with
And sometimes I like to race him to school
But other times we walk, hands clasped tightly
And our cheeks are pink for a different reason
We are terrifying rivals, Hinata and I
We makes opponents tremble
But sometimes I like to smile at him
And buy him milk boxes
And act like a love-crazed fool
We are volleyball idiots, Hinata and I
Practicing in the gym is our form of a lunch date
And sometimes people ask us if we're dating
Or if we're just close friends
And I just smirk and say
"We're closer than anyone could be, Hinata and I;
By any means, we shouldn't be.
But we are a team in and outside of volleyball,
And I don't think that'll ever change.
I don't want it to."

It may sound weird but

Not that I'm a girl
But I want to be by your side
Live and die by you
So I don't care what that makes me
Look, I suck at poetry
But I suck other things too

A/N:
Lol that last one was shit but you laughed right? So it's all good.
The first was inspired by the fact that I am taking Japanese so I know how to write "moo ikai" AKA "one more!"
But yeah, hope you liked them. Don't like it enough to steal it, though! I spent a good ten minutes on this chapter!
