In the past few days, the patient has mainly remained quiet. In their independent times, they often spend most of the duration drawing and reading. In group activities, they often remain alone and avoid the others.

When in therapy, the patient would often answer less questions regarding their mental state and more about themselves. In the first few sessions, they have asked many times to be referred to in the singular they form. This may help their recovery, so we will continue with the usage.

One concerning action has been observed while the patient has been in the facility. The patient will often refuse their BL/ind headphones and medication, and tries to run almost every time they are escorted from their room. We may have to start hiding their medication in their meals to continue treatment.

No negative interaction has occurred with the patient and other patients. Due to their lack of violence against the others, we may move them into a shared living space to add to daily interaction.

The patient has also asked for a journal of some sort to write and draw in, which was given to them in hope that it will aid in adjusting to life here.
