Chapter 24

Nancy Pov

I sat on the cold tile floor in the pitch dark as I felt dozens of eyes on me.

"So , We meet again. " Yoni said.

I ignored her and heard footsteps come my way. I tried standing up but my legs were tied.

" Man. Yoni , you know Damn well Nate not gone want you after she die right..?" A male voice said.

I knew it wasn't Lavell , because I was very well aware of his voice.

" Nigga shut the fuck up. " she yelled at him.

I felt my eyes tingle as they turned on the bright lights. There stood a person I thought I could trust trust the most.

" Monroe... " I cried.

" Nancy , I'm so sorry. " she said walking toward me.

" Fuck you. " I said ignoring her statement.

I heard a camera turn on and felt a gun to my head.

" Any last words? " Yoni said looking at me then at the camera.

" Nate , I love you.. You know I do. Help me , please Nate. These bum ass bitches weak as fuck keeping me hostage. This baby , our baby needs you to save me. We need a family Nate - "

She hit me upside the head with the gun.

" Bitch I'm the only one who's gonna create a family with him. "

I looked at her like bitch bye. The camera turned off and the room got silent. I heard her cock the gun , and put it close to my head. She inched her fingers close to the trigger.

" WAIT. " Monroe yelled.

" WHAT. " Yoni asked pointing the gun at Monroe.

" Keep her alive , so Nate can come and watch her die . " she said slightly winking at me.

" I guess. " she said putting her gun on her hip.

I sat there and thanked god. Jesus Christ I wish Nate would bring his fucking ass.

I felt them pick me up by the ropes and carried me to a bathtub. They put me in and it was empty.

" What the fuck is this ? " I said rubbing around the tub.

A big guy came in with 10 buckets of ice , and dumped them in the tub.

It didn't feel bad at first , but then I started fucking freezing , I could hear their laughter's , and felt my lips chapping. I watched the clock on the wall go round and round until I blacked out.

I woke up to screaming ,

" Alright get her out of there ! " a male voice screamed , fading in and out.

" Man she can stay a little longer. "

" She's barely fucking breathing , what the hell you mean ' a little longer. ' " he replied.

They pulled me out if the tub and sat me on the floor untied me , and left out if the room. I woke , and blinked my eyes. I felt like my skin was gonna peel off , and my thighs were chaffing. I felt freezer burned. I knew I wasn't gonna make it here , I had to warm up and get stable to be able to break out.

I looked slightly and saw them go up the stairs and to the upper room , this is my fucking chance. I slowly got off of the floor and noticed I was right over ground.

I gathered up the strength to slightly open the window and got out. I stumbled and I softly rolled off the ground but got up and limped away. I found myself at a gas station and called Nate.

" Hello ? Who the fuck is this?" He said angrily and sleepily.

" Nate , its me. Nancy. " I said trying to hold in my tears.

" Nancy , what the hel- , where the hell are you?"

" I'm at the Phillips gas station , on Kelly. " I tried to get out.

" Stay inside , and stay to yourself . I'll be there in 5 minutes. " he said muffling around.

I sat in the store roaming around trying to pretend to buy something , but not seem suspicious.

Nate finally showed up and I got in his car. The drive to his house was dramatically long and awkwardly silent.

We pulled up to his house and he let me out. We went inside and I sat on the couch. He looked at me like I was a street cat. I looked away from him and sat on the other end of the couch.

"Nancy.. Where were you .. "

" They fucking kidnapped me Nate .. And he .. He .. " I felt him grab my head and put it into his chest , I could smell every single cologne he had on.

" Imma handle this Nancy. " he said looking me in my eyes.

" Nate .. What about my baby , they had me in a bathtub filled with ice till I passed out. " I said crying.

" We'll go get the baby checked tomorrow. " he said rubbing my stomach.

" I love you.. " I said looking up at him

" I love you too Baby. " he said kissing my forehead and carrying me to his bed.

He pulled the blanket over me and got in the bed. He cuddled me and wrapped his arm around my stomach. I heard his snores , and fell into my sleep.
