Nancy Pov

I woke up early and decided to hurry and schedule an appointment.

I put on light blue jeans with an all white shirt and my low top air forces. I put my hair into a bun with two braids going around into it.

I woke Nate up and he hurried and got dressed.

We finally left the house and pulled up to the clinic. I got out the car and grabbed my purse and phone then walked in.

I saw people everywhere , ew. Dusty bums , and people looking like they strung off crack. I clutched my purse tightly and walked over to the counter , trying not to seem bougee.

" Yes.. " the receptionist said smacking her gum.

" I have an appointment. "

" Name? " she said eyeing Nate.

This ugly half headed , no eyebrows , bug a boo head ass bitch.

I jumped in front of Nate to get her attention.

" Nancy Jones. " I said eyeing her hard ad hell.

She rolled her eyes , " Sit down , Dr... Uhm , Dr. McKinney will be out in a few. "

I sat down and stared at Nate , who was still staring at the bitch.

" Nate. You must love her huh ? Googly eyeing the ugly bitch got me looking stupid. "

" Chill. " he said still looking at her.

I laid my head on his shoulder and took a small nap.

After about what seemed like five minutes I felt Nate's heavy handed ass shaking me.

" Nancy , Get up. " he said looking at me then at the doctor.

" Gosh. okay. "

I grabbed my purse and we walked into the office. The doctor was about 5'6" brown skin , long hair , and pretty brown eyes. She came in and smiled , I smiled in return.

" Miss .. " she said scanning her paper.

" Jones. " I said saving time.

" So we're doing a check up on the baby? " she said looking at my stomach.

" Yes Ma'am. "

She wasn't young like us , maybe her early to mid thirties. I didn't even seem pregnant. So I understood why she wanted to question. Nate was just sitting there like a dumb ass , counting the tiles on the ceiling.

She put a cold metal thing ( forgot the name of it ) that was around her neck on my stomach and told us to be quiet for a second , and I did as told.

" Well. " she said wrapping up the metal thingy.

" .. Well ? " I said being concerned.

" Your baby is fine , heart rate is normal. Keep your stress down , its causing a little trouble . " she said pointing at my hair , spotting a few grays.

Might as well stop at the hair salon on the way home , I am not going around with gray hairs , Tuhh.

I hugged the nurse and Nate hugged her too , we walked out hand in hand and he gave me a kiss on the cheek.

" I love you Nancy Za' Rae Jones. "

" I love you too Nathaniel Bryant Lew- "

He looked over at me.

" Don't. "

He hates when I say his middle name.

" Lewis. " I said getting in the car.

" Butt hole. " he said retaliating

" dick head. " I said back.

" Vagina Boob. " he said starting to drive.
I looked over at him and giggled. Who the hell says vagina boob? Lordy oh lordy , please help my baby.

" Nate stop by Quin's. " I said before he passed it.

He pulled into Quin's hair salon and I went in , she does walkins because I have money , plus she fam.

I walked in the room and said hi to all the ladies and saw Quin doing a ladies hair.

She gasped , " Nancy?! " she said almost burning her client.

" Yes Ma'am , its me. "
