Chapter Two; The Trip

"I need all of you to sign these permission slips if you guys want to go on the field trip to Disney." Miss. Honnel said to our homeroom.

I smiled holding my permission slip.

"I can't wait to meet Mickey Mouse!" Pandora exclaimed happily.

"Mickey mouse, what are you five?" Val  laughed, shaking her head at Pandora.

"No, I'm sixteen." She grinned looking over at us.

"Only because you stayed back." I reminded her, laughing.

"Yeah, In seventh grade right?" Quinn laughed.

"Yeah whatever." Pandora mumbled.

I laughed, shaking my head at all my friends.

"Still I can't wait to go to Disney!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah I know Disney is so romantic at this time of the year." Quinn squealed, I  rolled my eyes at Valentine as she made a puking face.

"I'm happy for you and my brother but please keep the lovey-dovey stuff for when your not around me." I laughed, when everyone but Quinn nodded.

"Your just jealous."

"Trust me I'm not, I do not want to date my brother." I shuddered, Quinn glared but the rest of the group laughed.

"Mom can you sign this permission slip, and give me twenty dollars?" I asked, running into her room where she was sitting there watching t.v

Lazy much?

"What for?"

I nervously started playing with the necklace around my neck, What if she didn't want me to go. Oh well, I should at least try and ask her.

"Field trip, for Disney?"

"Disney, like in Florida, Disney?"

I nodded, "please can I go?" I whined, she nodded.

"Your dad already said yes to Sterling, so I guess you can go too."

I smiled and ran up to hug her.

"Just be careful, and get the money from your father." She replied, handing me back the permission slip.

I nodded, and ran down the stairs to get my phone and the money from my dad.

When I got my phone the first thing I did was text the group chat.

I can go! My PADRE AND MADRE SAID YASS! I'm going to Florida Beaches!🖕🏻

Then I ran into the kitchen to get my dad to give me the money I needed for the field trip.
