20: Checklist

I take his hand and drag him to the cabin. I see Rich close the door, and a little book peaks out of his pocket. Without hesitation I quickly take the book out. And see that it is a drawing book.

"Sam, please" he begs me.

I open it and hear Rich groaning. I see beautiful flowers drawn, full of detail. And some naked women. A ship drawn. Rich is an amazing artist. I turn to a blank page, and see that it is faintly written.

Mermaid

"I always wanted to draw one" Rich says breaking the silence.

Suddenly the door bursts open with Jack standing in it.

"Ahhh, great Star and Rich. You don't mind him?" Jack says
"No he can stay"
"Great!" Jack says.

JACK SPARROW'S POV

I quicky shuffle Star, or so called Sam, to the table and tell her to lie down.I take her dress and roll it up. When it reaches her bottom Rich stops me.

"What?" I ask.
"You won't" he says firmly.
"So what?"
"Take this" Rich says and hands me a cloth.

I quickly cover her and carry on rolling until I see the whole map. The map has many signs and scribbles. I don't understand a thing. I ask Rich to come over. He does so.

We see scribbles. I don't understand a bloody thing.

"Well, there is a mermaids Tail-" I begin
"This looks like a checklist" Rich interrupts.
"A what?" I ask
"A checklist. Like what you need to get to the gate of Riches"
"So...what... Do we do?" I ask
"Well the start as you see, there is a tail and the letter s, which could stand for Starlight, that means we have her, but if you follow the line, I see like a card and tear drop"
"What card?" I ask
"I- I don't know there is just a square tilted" he says
"But do we need the card?" I ask
"It looks like it"
"You make no sense at all"
"Wait!" Star says
"What?"
"How does the card look like?" she asks
"I'll draw it" Rich says

He takes out his pencil and paper, and starts to draw. When he's finished he shows it to Star.

"I know that card" she says.
"Where is it?" I ask
"The last time I saw it was at...home" she says.
"But that is in the past" Rich says.
"Future" I jump in
"Me and Jack were playing cards, but then we saw this card and we were confused because this card had no numbers or letters. So we threw it into the sea, and made wishes" she continues
"Well...if you threw it into the sea, it can't be there, because that is in the future. So we need to find where the card comes from" I say proudly of my answer.
"I searched the card -" she says
"Searched?" Rich asks
"Future...so I searched the card and it said that before it was in a wood and then built into a ship...with red wood"she says and we realize that she is talking about BloodBeard.

"Without the card we go no where" I say.
"We need it" Rich says and that's what we'll do.

Heya guys, sorry for not updating, I have been extremely busy, and whenever I try to upload, I usually have no WiFi, but now I updated, I will try to update more often, thanks
