Olivia's POV

My name is Liv Tyson, well Olivia on my birth certificate but nobody calls me that unless I'm in trouble.

I'm 19 and Australian, born here, never left here which is something I am desperately hoping to change, travelling sounds like the most amazing adventure to me.

I'm 5ft 4, I have dark brown wavy hair and green eyes, I have a pretty good tan and an alright body I guess; I'm not all about having the perfect body buy I do eat healthy and exercise.

I have a couple of tattoos, which I love and am very proud of, tattoos are such an incredible form of art and I'm happy to take mine to the grave.

I am a daycare worker presently and if I'm honest I have always known I wanted to be in this line of work, I worked really hard in school achieving top marks in all of my required classes and have worked hard since I have left school, this job was waiting for me when I left so I basically finished school and like a week later started my job.

I love my job and I'm so happy for the experience it has given me and the knowledge I have gained but I feel like I need to do what my original plan was and become a nanny, it is my childhood dream and it's not going to come true if I keep doing the same thing day in and day out, I need to do something to help make it come true.
I have spent weeks researching online nanny applications and a few have caught my eye, none more than J, Doncaster though, which is why I am about to call her to find out whether she is interested in hiring me, so fingers crossed!

I hear the ringing of the phone and almost hang up, feeling giddy at the thought of what I am doing, this phone call could literally change my life, no matter which way it goes.

one outcome, I'm not really what this lady has in mind, that's okay though because this has my mind made up and I'll keep looking for other nannying jobs, I'll find something that suits me better and I'll go for it!

The other outcome is that I am what she is looking for and I'll be travelling to meet her and the children some time soon, either way my life is changed forever, and I couldn't be more excited!

I wiggle my toes in anticipation, I'm always incredibly nervous when it comes to speaking on the phone, waiting for them to pick up is always the worst part for me.

I hear the line go silent for a moment.
"Hello?" A lady, with a kind voice answers.
"Hello ma'am, I am calling about your ad for a nanny?" I reply politely, sincerely hoping this phone call had good results.

"Oh good, is it okay if I ask you a few questions about yourself?" she asks.

"Yes of course!" I really hope she likes me!

"Okay first of all, what is your name and where are you from?" She asks.

"My name is Olivia Tyson and I'm from Perth, Australia." I reply, answering her questions.

"Oh, wow, so I guess you won't be able to pop over for an interview." She says with a light hearted chuckle.

"No, not really." I sigh. "But this is my dream, I have wanted to be a nanny my entire life and to do it in England would be incredible because it is somewhere I have always wanted to travel, I have all my certificates and permits that I can fax copy's of to you, I meet all of the requirements to be a nanny and I have plenty of experience, if you hire me I know you won't regret it." I kind of word vomit a bit when I am nervous but determination and hope are evident in my voice.

"Alright, how about we do the interview over the phone? Could we try that?" She asks.

"That sounds amazing!" I state, happiness bubbling in my stomach, a grin forming on my face.

"Alright, Olivia from Australia, tell me about you? My name is Johannah, I have four children for you to care for and in February the family will be growing by two, as I am pregnant with twins!" She exclaims happily.

Wow six children.

"People normally just call me Liv, Olivia sounds so formal to me" I giggle.

"Okay, Liv, people generally call me Jay so i totally understand what you mean!" She replies.

"So how old are you?" She asks.

"I am 19 years old" I reply, feeling nervous now.

"Okay, you are quite young." She says, sounding a little skeptical.

"How much experience do you have?"

"I did childcare courses through high school and since leaving school I have been working in a daycare full time, my real dream has always been to become a nanny, England is my ultimate destination so this job is perfect for me" I say proudly.

"That sounds really good" she replies, sounding impressed.

"Thank you" a huge smile on my face, feeling incredibly happy so far.

Jay asks me many questions about myself, my background and my qualifications and experience  and seems to like most of the answers I give her and I get the feeling that this interview is going well.

"Just one last question before i let you go, what do you think of One Direction?" Johannah asks, sounding very serious.

"To be honest, I don't really follow them, nor do I know much about them; I wouldn't call myself a fan." I say honestly, I am slightly confused my her question but I assume it has something to do with her children.

"When can you start?" Jay asks sounding happy.

I got the Job? Oh my gosh!

"Whenever you need me to start!" I reply, unable to contain my excitement. "Thank you so much for this opportunity!" I thank Jay happily.

"We will sort out a date, it will be fairly soon so I suggest you get packing, just letting you know, Doncaster gets quite cold so make sure you pack some winter wear." She says.

"I will, thank you!" I say gratefully.

We exchange mobile numbers so that we can keep in contact and organise my start date before saying our goodbyes.

I can't believe this is happening, I'm going to be a nanny in Doncaster!

I scream loudly to vent my excitement, this is an incredible feeling, I can't wait to meet Jay and her children!
