Monday 23rd of December 2013.

Liv's POV.

The weekend went like a flash, we had a lot of things to do seeing as school was finished for the year and it was now holidays we needed to clean and pack away all of the girls school things for next year, it did get a little stressful, things got mixed up a lot which caused a few arguments Jay would have to sort out, I'm buying them all labellers for christmas!

So when Monday came around and everything was finally done I thought it would be a good idea to have a day out, Jay said she couldn't come because she needed some rest but that we should still go.
So I packed a picnic lunch and drove all of the girls to the local park, the twins ran to the equipment as soon as we arrived and were happily playing on anything they could.
I was sitting on a bench in the shade reading, I haven't had much of a chance to read since arriving because I've been so busy settling in, helping Jay and just getting to know everyone so I was really enjoying myself.
Lottie and Fizzy were sitting on the next bench down discussing boys and holiday plans, I also thought I heard the name Louis in their conversation somewhere but I can't be sure.

By the time the twins were ready to go home it was almost dinner time but I decided that we had enough time for an ice-cream on the way home.

Once we got home the girls all made their way into the lounge room for some tv time before dinner, I decided to find Jay and let her know that we are back.

I found her coming out of the guest bedroom with an arm full of crumpled linen.
"Hi Jay, we're back, what are you doing?" I ask politely.
"Hey Liv, that's good dinner is almost ready." She said with a smile "oh and I'm just freshening up the guest bed honey."
"Oh alright, I could of done that for you, you should be resting Jay!" I reply.
"Ah it was nothing, I can do it." She says, rubbing my arm as a kind of thank you gesture.
She starts walking towards the stairs.
"Jay, are we having guests?" I ask out of curiosity.
"Maybe." She says vaguely. "I need to get these in the wash, could you come and help me serve dinner Liv?" She asks, changing the subject.
"Yes of course Jay, no worries." I say quickly.
I watch her head downstairs with an arm full of sheets, I wonder who might come and stay I think to myself as I follow Jay downstairs to help with dinner.

After dinner, which was potato bake, steak and salad, I decide to have an early night so I shower quickly and head to bed, still thinking about who could possibly come and visit before drifting off to sleep.
