*Liv's POV after leaving Jess*

I make it to the penthouse and see someone very familiar.

"Mei Ling," I say and go in for a hug.

"Liv!" She says and returns my hug.

"I didn't know you were coming," I say with a smile," how have you been."

"Great, everything is perfect there's absolutely nothing bad going on," she replies," so daddy let me take a trip."

"That's great," I reply,"we have so much to catch up on."

"Agrees," she reply's.

"Why do girls talk so long," Mr. Ichinomiya says interrupting our conversation.

"Now, now boss let the girls talk they haven't seen each in a month," Baba says with a smile. "Now would any of you lady's like to accompany down to the casino?"

"I would love to, but I have work," I say.

"Come on Liv don't be such a party pooper," Mei Ling says.

"Rain check? I'm training the new girl," I say.

"Ok," she says with a frown and then she perks up," but after work we're going shopping."

"Deal," I say and leave the lounge. As I'm walking towards the elevator I run right into someone.

"Oops, sorry Soryu," I say.

"No problem Liv," he says," come with me for a second there is something I want to talk to you about."

"Ok," I say and follow him into his suite,"what is it?"

"I need you to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity from any of the new employees," he says.

"Why, does this have something to do with what Mr. Kishi said a few days ago?" I ask slightly concerned.

"..." He stays silent which gives me the answer I need.

"Ok, I'll keep a look out," I say," just please promise me you won't do anything to dangerous."

"Ok, I promise," he says," Thank you Liv for doing this."

"No problem, anything to help keep the auctions a secret," I reply with a faint smile.

"That's why I love you," he says and gives me a peck on the lips.

With red cheeks I reply "I love you to see you after work." And I head back down to help Jess.

*At Lunch still Liv's POV*

"Finally lunch time," I say as I sit down next to Jess.

"I though it would never come," Jess says agreeing with me.

"Sorry about running out after the meeting this morning," I say.

"Don't worry about it," she says," Sakiko and Chisato already told me why you had to leave any way."

"Let me guess more Sakiko than Chisato," I say rolling my eyes.

"Yup," she reply's while shoveling food into her mouth.

"Wow, you sure got a big appetite," I comment.

She swallows then answers,"The food here is really good and cheap so of course I'm going to enjoy all of it."

"Slow down we got time," I say. Then comes Sakiko and Chisato.

"Hey guys," I say to both of them as they sit down.

"Hi Liv," Chisato says.

"Hi Jess," Sakiko says before saying hi to me.

"So, Sakiko I heard you told Jess about my boyfriend," I say. She freezes instantly at this.

"She only did it to explain the situation," Chisato says.

"I know," I say leaning back in my chair. Sakiko instantly relaxes.

"It's so amazing how your boyfriend is a VIP staying at the hotel," Jess says," how did you meet him."

"H-here at the hotel" I stammer. I hate lying like this and I hope I don't have to do anymore of it because she doesn't looked convinced but she lets it slide.

"What does he do?" She asks another innocent question. I'm not the only one who freezes at this Chisato also freeze to since they already know.

Sakiko also knows since they both found out about it together but she starts telling Jess anyway "He works with the M-" I cover her mouth with my hand and plead with my eyes for her not to tell Jess.
